I don't know about anybody else but I like listening to music to motivate me when I ever get to a gym. Though the music they usually choose at the gym I usually go to SUCKS. They are lame and they don't have really enough beat to keep me going on when I'm feel a little bit tired and need to push it.

Does anybody have a set playlist that they put on their I-Pod, Zune or random mp3 player?

These are some of the songs that I listen to to give myself an audio pick me up and motivation to push a little bit harder on the elliptical.

1. Eye of the Tiger/Survivor.
2. And Now You're a man/DVDA.
3. Montage /DVDA.
4. You're the Best (Around) The Karate Kid.
5. We are One- Nexus.
6. This Fire Burns - Killswitch Engage.
7. Jack Swagger's theme song.
8. Ken Shamrock's theme song.
9. I came to play by downstait.
10. I am Perfection Dolph Ziggler.
11. America Fuck Yeah/DVDA.
12. Ultimate Warrior theme song.

I usually just select an album on my iPod and listen to that. Or just put all my songs on shuffle.

CSL stole the joke I was going to make.

I'll bet when CSL reads that, he'll think, "haha, now I will post 'joke?' in response, because that would be quite the clever retort".

But then he will see this post, and be crestfallen, for I will have spoiled his fun.

Vengeance is mine.
