Who has retired the most people?

Who has had the most of both the last match of someone's career in addition to beating people in "Loser retires" matches (whether they actually retire or not)? We can also include "loser leaves town" matches where they (at least supposed to) leave the company.

Honestly can't think of anyone who's had more than one over the past 20 years.

Kevin Nash & Goldberg both lost Loser Leaves WCW matches to Scott Steiner in 2001, which actually stuck due to the company going out of business before they could be brought back.

Sure Edge has beat Matt Hardy and The Undertaker in 'loser leaves town' matches too, but Taker was back on SD within months.

I got nothing on the retirement one tho. May be worth checking whos beat Terry Funk in his 253739 retirement matches.

On 28 May 2001, Brian Ong died after receiving a flapjack from Singh.[1] Ong had suffered a previous concussion during the session, but the trainers gave him a lower evaluation for not avoiding injuries and told him to continue training. In addition, it was proven that Ong did not receive protective gear or supervision by All Pro Wrestling (APW) staff. This second concussion ultimately proved fatal for him. As Singh inadvertently caused his death, Ong's family brought a lawsuit against APW.[1] APW was found liable for recklessness after less than a day of deliberations, awarding the Ong family for damages of over $1.3 million.[1]
