Saw something referencing a new Voltron cartoon set for this year and looked it up online, and IMDB has dropped the listing for the movie as far as I can see. Even links to the movie now take you to the original cartoon. As much as IMDB is not the ultimate bastion of movie knowledge, info online seems to be rather scares now.

But there was concept art and shit out like 4 months ago or something like that, right? Anyone know what's changed?

Also, since I mentioned the cartoon, Voltron Force: think it'll be good?

They cancelled this???

Well, sort of glad since a lot of the attached names didn't make me happy. I heard Spiderman and Jake Gyl-err... were going to be in it.

Well, sort of glad since a lot of the attached names didn't make me happy. I heard Spiderman and Jake Gyl-err... were going to be in it.

More than the actors, the allegations that it was going to be five surviors in NYC fighting off aliens that got me going. Though I'd heard neither Jake Jellybean nor Toby McEmo were involved.

There were a lot of rumours circling that weren't true, though, so I was hoping the alteration of the base story was one of them. I don't mind revamping it, but modern day New York gone PoAp? Boooooourns.

I dunno if they cancelled it, but it'd be weird timing, with Voltron Force out this year.

then again, I just found Mainframe Entertainment may have yanked the Reboot movies, despite the release of the original series starting NEXT MONTH. Maybe this is the new trend: don't capitalise on multimedia, cancel it.
