Jake Roberts. I saw more of his matches and liked his character more than Pillman who I only saw near the end of his WCW years to time in WWF.

Both were good in terms of wrestling, promos, and character. Both also ended up being involved with Stone Cold during his rise as a star with Roberts being the one he defeated to set up Austin 3:16 and Pillman being a backstage friend during his rough time in WCW.
