Christian's been so involved in this feud at this point that he's gonna have to get interjected in the match somehow.

I still don't get the point of having Del Rio win the BIGGEST Rumble ever, go for the WHC, and lose...
...if you're going to eventually make him Champion anyway (you'd think this is the case), why not do it at WrestleMania?

To be fair, if Del Rio had won, everyone here would be going off about how predictable the outcome was.

Well, but so is every Undertaker match at WrestleMania...you know he's going to win...
...and people bitch about everything anyways...it's about building the guy up as a credible Champion...

Del Rio was hot when he won the Rumble and everything, yet somehow they have booked him in a way that he looks weak.
Heck, even if he won the Title now, it still won't be the same...damage has been done.

Christian and Edge discuss the possibility that they will have to face off for the World title at Extreme Rules. Edge leaves briefly and Christian gets a good look at the belt.
This could be the start of Christian slow heel turn because something similar occurred last time Christian turned on Edge years ago.
Christian didn't have any titles or good luck but got jealous at Edge being lucky enough to win both the King of the Ring and a title reign from a lower belt in a short period of time.

Thing is, there's a TLC PPV for that now, and that's not until the end of the year. Would make sense to save the feud for around that time and the road to WM, maybe. Dunno.

I like that they kinda 'planted the seeds' for Christian wanting the World title. I'm think at this point it's obvious he will eventually get involved somehow. Ie. Triple threat, he'll screw Edge, he'll screw Del Rio then get a match with Edge... dunno, but something's gonna happen.

Starting to wonder if Edge has had a say in Christian's push recently? It maybe the reason for ADR losing?
Cody needs a main event push.
Also, looks good show.

Trent Barreta makes SmackDown!
Still hopeful that Christian will make it into the Ladder Match at Extreme Rules, but who knows? They might be going with the slow-build. Del Rio winning the World Heavyweight Title at ER seems like the only option. Edge got his title defence at WrestleMania, Del Rio "paid his Mania dues," but now it's time to create a star.

Don't they usually do the draft after WM?
The point I guess is that with Raw's given track record around draft time, they're going to top load their roster with the biggest guys so ADR is most likely headed to Raw. I also see Cody going to Raw and at least 1 of the Corre guys.
So why is Sin Cara showing up on Smackdown and targetting Swagger?

I think Cara is just making his presence known right now. Just going after all the "bullies" of the WWE maybe? Would love to see Cara be on both shows and have Swagger start a petition on SD and Sheamus the same one on Raw, to figure out who Sin Cara is.

I'd love it if they did Sheamus & Jack Swagger vs. Daniel Bryan & Sin Cara at Extreme Rules. That'd be an amazing match, and you know it.
Also, I've got the feeling that Christian will turn heel against Edge at Extreme Rules. I couldn't see it happening at Mania, but I feel it will now. Edge seemingly accidentally cost Christian the match, and Edge's momentum as a face is just too good to fuck around with right now. Edge vs. Christian at Over the Limit after Christian helps Del Rio win just out of spite.

God, imagine going back five years and trying to convince someone this would ever be true.
So why is Sin Cara showing up on Smackdown and targetting Swagger?
He's racist. They're going with an Anti-American gimmick. He targeted the UNITED STATES Champion and now the All AMERICAN AMERICAN Jack Swagger. :shifty:
Having just watched The Raw Recap Show (AKA SmackDown) I'd say it was a pretty good show.
I'm loving Christian being involved in/on the cusp of a Main Event fued and I don't know where it's gonna go, which is exciting for a Christian fan like me.
They could turn him heel at Extreme Rules, ship ADR (with the WHC I guess) to Raw which would leave Edge v Christian as your Main Event fued on SmackDown (depending on who comes over from Raw). But I kinda think that Christian taking the title off of ADR as a face might be the better move.
But Christian is at his best as a heel. So, I dunno.
I guess what I'm saying is I'm not bothered how they do it, whether as heel or face, as long as Christian gets a World Title run.
Also, Cody needs to stay on SD and build on what he's done there but I can see him going to Raw (and probably going to waste too) and Ted coming across to SD to see if he can do something.

Not only did the Corre lose AGAIN they have yet another entrance theme and imho it's the crappiest one to date i'd heard Rev Theory was supposed to redo it but this surely doesn't sound like them.

That's sounds awful. Hopefully this new version doesn't get a reaction so they'll go back to the fourth one. As for ADR beating Christian, I wouldn't worry too much. Christian has been almost consistently part of the main event on Smackdown so a chance at the title is a strong possibility. In the case that happened, I'd prefer to see Edge as the heel so the feud between ADR and Christian can continue.

ADR wins title, Edge and Christian both pursue #1 contender spot, Edge is the one that turns, not Christian. Wishful thinking maybe, I've always liked Christian a lot more than Edge, but here's why I think so.
Edge is done. He may not be on his way out the door, but he's had his time. Christian has kept a total face vibe throughout the whole thing. If it were some kind of stupid jealousy angle, the turn that everyone thought might be going down would have been at Mania. Perfect opportunity. Edge is also considered far more ruthless, I would think, at least that's how his character is portrayed. Christian's vibe to me is just more along the lines of, here I am, I have come to have a match with you!
On a side note, I don't think that ADR is going to be able to remain a heel in the company. Just not going to happen. It's not because he isn't good at it, it's because he has way too much charisma. People were chanting "Del Rio" during his 'Mania match. Also, his entrance/music does not strike the word heel into my mind. The announcer bit, yes, a bit heelish, but it will get over.
Might not be tomorrow, but ADR is going to be a big time face.

TBF, Mania is very adult - therefore "smark"- heavy. Look at the crowd, full of adults. Which isn't all that surprising given ticket prices.

I'd be willing to bet that most shows are full of adults. Young kids don't just hop on a bus and go to a WWE show. "Smark" heavy I can buy, but I don't think it will derail a steady growth in Del Rio's face popularity. Unless he's really getting serious X-Pac type heat. Eddie Guerrero did the same thing in his WWE run.

Nah, I think all four members of The Corre have their upside and will find their own successes.
I'm actually thinking that they might have Christian help Edge at Extreme Rules again. Edge gets a padded reign as World Heavyweight Champion, and Del Rio is protected by the loss. ADR is then drafted to RAW and Christian points out how integral he's been in Edge's recent success, and he wants a World Title shot at Over the Limit. Edge vs. Christian, face versus face, buddy versus buddy -- who will turn, if anyone? That could be where Christian finally gets his moment in the sun.
Also, if Ted DiBiase doesn't get drafted to SmackDown!, I will be very, very surprised.

Oh snap, Sin Cara pointed with his left finger this time. The Raw one felt better though. I'm liking how he walks out like a bad ass in his vest jacket thingy and just attacks people. I also like that they added antennae to his mask.
