If Michaels never got injured and he faced The Rock at Wrestlemania 15 how do you think it would have been?

It would have been good. :)
If he never got injured I would've much preferred HBK vs Austin 2 with Rock vs Foley 3 in the undercard.

WM 22 gave us HBK vs Angle, which is one of my favorite Mania and HBK matches of all time, so I wouldn't have changed that at all.

Not at 19 either as I though that was the best Rock/Austin match ever.

The WWE should have done it at WrestleMania XX.

HBK vs Y2J was at mania 19 too and far better than anything HBK coulda dragged outta the crock. HBK vs anybody was and would be awesome simply because HBK was there. like that time he put ladders on the map when he wrestled one at mania 10

...you DO know Austin and HBK wrestled each other at King of the Ring 1997, right?

Angle/Michaels was at Wrestlemania 21.

I'd much rather have seen the match happen later down the line, around Wrestlemania 20 or 22. By then it had reached huge dream match status and the build and crowd would have been much better.
They'd just do more with it at that point.
Both of those events could have concievably hosted that match too.

Rock didn't even want to wrestle Michaels.
I think that if Shawn hadn't injured his back, he would have feuded with Triple H by 1999.

I still feel HBK's 4 year "retirement" had more to do with his drug use/abuse, then his back...I'm not saying his back wasn't injured, it sure was...but It's my opinion that he stayed out from wrestling because he was trying to get himself "fixed", and wasn't ready to go back on the road, so he wouldn't have to face the temptation of falling back into old habits...in other words, he wasn't "ready"...
...in this interview on "Off The Record with Michael Landsberg", from 1:30 on he explains why/how he came back, and it was after watching this clip that I got the feeling that maybe his back injury wasn't the only thing that held him away from the ring for 4 years:

If they did Rock vs. HBK at WM15, that wouldn't have been the main event. Austin was always gonna be in the main event.

Mania 22 would have been the best route, considering it had, arguably, the hottes Mania crowd since the event took place.

I never really saw the big deal in HBK vs. Rock. There's no real history between the two, so there's no real purpose to them having a match
Someone explain to me why this is a dream match

The same reason Austin/Goldberg, Austin/Hogan, Rock/Hogan is/was a dream match. You have two guys who were at the very top of the company during their respective runs who have never faced off before.
Even if Cena had never uttered a word about the Rock, it'd still be considered a dream match. The great ones of each era facing off in a match people though they had little, if any chance of seeing.
