Best Local Co-Op Games on 360

Im looking to pick up a game that I can play with a buddy when he comes over.

We used to play the Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance games a bunch and it was awesome.

Weve done Gears.

Are there any other fun Local Co Op Games anyone would recommend checking out?
