All I can think of is when Miz and Morrison had a show while they were a team and Cryme Tyme.

Scotty Goldman & Tyler Reks both had short lived webshows on WWE.com. Matt Hardy had his own v-log where he documented his decline into TNA, Melina started one too but I don't think it lasted long. Curt Hawkins launched his own about a month ago.

Ted Dibiase Jr actually has a youtube channel too, it just happens to be completely awful.

The most successful internet series focusing on a person or a team on WWE.com of course was the Dirt Sheet involving the Miz and John Morrison. There was also Word Up with Cryme Time and Five Questions with the Champ with John Cena.
