So I am quite interested in exploring late C20th (1970's and onwards) and C21st classical music (or Western art music if you are of a pedantic persuasion). I have already acquired pieces by John Adams, Philip Glass, and Steve Reich; and I am looking to gain more works by other composers, from more accessible compositions to those considered "challenging". I hear there are a number of exceptional Japanese composers around at the moment, which I would be definitely interested in checking out.

I know classical music is not particularly popular with most members of this board, but I know some of you do like listen to it sometimes. So hook me up with some suggestions; maybe post youtube vids of works.

(P.S. I am not looking for film scores, unless they are exceptional)
