Started tonight on BBC, glad it's back on.

While i didn't watch the first half of the first series, once i started watching it i loved it. Series two tonight was just as good.

Just hoping that copper at the end doesn't get it! I was half expecting the black woman to get slashed, but the guy cop is a likable guy!

Knew this was back in June thanks to Wiki but had no idea when exactly since I haven't watched actual TV as it airs in months. Popped last night when I first saw this thread, missus was all 'yeah, trailers have been on TV for ages' :| Gonna go watch on the iPlayer right about now (funk soul brother)

I can't watch it, Idris whats his face makes me feel sick I can't watch him in anything, same with John Barrowman.

I have no definitive reason for it he's not a monstrous looking person I just find him incredibly sickly.

I like the show a lot. The 2nd season is a bit unrealistic considering the way the first season ended, but I think that's what makes it interesting for me.

I consider this a personal insult to me and all of my posts. He is beautiful, especially in cartoon form

Shit

I relised during the opening credits an up and coming actor who i used to go to school with, and also used to do acting lessons with back in the day

Hardly recognised him though, i actually thought he was the nutter with the dice until i checked

you might find the first 2 eps of this season on the iPlayer still, they usually stay on for longer than the 7 days a normal shows stay on there. If not, torrents won't be hard to find at all. And there are torrents (http://btjunkie.org/torrent/BBC-Luther-Season-1-S2-begins-soon-date-unknown/435881ebc169fa853abc9b5aea37696a60a06c025574) and streams (http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/hvTSfExZfic/) of the first season quite easily available

Yeah, I see that the 2 eps of S2 are on iPlayer. I'll check out some streams for S1.

So is Luther officially cancelled or will there be a third season. I didn't know going in that this last episode was the finale and I thought everything got tidied up neatly which makes me wonder if it's been cancelled.

it won't get cancelled, it'll be a 'decide down the road' type thing, wouldn't surprise if it has short irregular runs ala Prime Suspect, especially since Idris Elba becomes more of a 'star' every day
