Does anyone have a recommendation for a good mp3 player that is very rugged/durable?

My new job is mostly landscaping so I want to get something to listen to some music to kill the time as I make my laps on the lawnmower or with the weed eater. I've already looked into a set of noise cancelling headphones so I just want to get an mp3 player that can handle some drops and rattles or even the occasional splash of water. I don't care about touchscreens and a bunch of other gimmicks, just decent audio quality and maybe a radio tuner.

Also another question is their an mp3 player that allows you to store a block of programming from a website like Pandora or Last.fm? I know Sirius has a player that will allow you to download something like 6 or 8 hours of their programming to listen too at your convenience but I was wondering if you could get that for an online station. I doubt there is one, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

*Photoshopped picture of mp3 player with 5 o'clock shadow, flannel shirt, and worn jeans. Yup. That's what I consider rugged. What of it?*

An iPod with an Otterbox Defender (http://www.otterbox.com/defender-series-cases/defender-series-cases,default,sc.html) case will do you nice.

I have one for my iPhone, and it is worth every penny. Not only protects if you drop it, but it covers all the ports and stuff so you don't have to worry about dust or dirt getting in. Look at Amazon if you purchase one, because they are very expensive at retail. $50 at the store and $21 on Amazon. My model was, anyway.

Yeah there's one on ebay I was looking at for $25. Just waiting for the auction on the nano I was bidding on to end so I get both around the same time.

Just be careful with any mp3 player and it should do the trick. During the summer, I work outside all the time and just use my regular iPod and I've never had any problems.....If you are concerned with water, just keep it inside a plastic bag in your pocket....
