Who would you put in it?
It doesn't have to be called 'The Corporation', but something on THE LINES OF THAT would suffice
Anybody Thrilla

Cena...and nobody else really makes sense. Maybe The Big Show as useless muscle.

Cena but with Zeke as the muscle. Wade Barrett or Sheamus as the #2 guy who would eventually turn face and feud with them.

Cena fo sure cause he is a whore to WWE. Um, Christian too as a bickering wimp. An evil Evan Bourne. Mark Henry for muscle. Sheamus too. Daniel Bryan would not be a bad addition, nor would Silent Rage (making him do bad stuff he hates cause he is new and thus causing more silent rage inside himself, making him stronger!).
Triple H in the Vince role, for sure. Maybe have Stephanie at his side. Then you have Cena as the corporate sell-out (Rock). Mark Henry as the muscle. Sheamus and a random tag team to flesh it out.

I was thinking Cena too after watching that promo in the CM Punk thread on page 10
Who would go up against The Corporation? The Stone Cold/Mankind, so to speak? Like if they did a huge pay off to be at WrestleMania (a la Mania 15), who would be the one to face Cena? The Rock still? lol
Punk. You have Punk start a ROH/Indie stable, but base it off of them being "wrestlers" against "Sports Entertainment".
You'd have Punk, Danielson, Bourne, maybe a few second/third generation guys like Husky Harris and Perfect Jr.
You'd have fans who are fans of both and let the fans decide the face/heel dynamic, similar to the US vs. Canada angle. It's be Corporate WWE vs. "Wrestlers".
Though really I guess you'd have to beef up the "wrestler" side with some main eventers. Maybe Christian.

Kofi Kingston was the 1st guy that came to mind, someone new who would actually benefit from it all, Orton would be the safer choice though.
Orton should probably be in the Corporation. Be part of a Two Man Power Trip with Cena, holding both titles. That right there would be a heat machine.

Id rather see him in it then another feud with Cena.

So bored of this idea already. Things would always be much better in WWE if the entire ROH roster was in a stable together
I'm not saying it would be better, but how else are you going to have a stable with a touch of realism to battle a Corporation? It's realistic enough in wrestling terms that it'll feel natural, especially in the current landscape.

Christian would be the Mick Foley (Guy who they pretend to groom for a championship).
HHH/Steph would be Vince/Shane.
Orton would be the HHH.
John Cena would be the Rock.
Sheamus would be Big Boss Man.
Tag teams do not matter anymore so there you have it.

If I were gonna have a new corporation, I would put the following people in it. Uso #2, Khali, Daniel Bryan, and resign Tatanka. With wheel chair lex Luger as the manager. Best stable in the history of pro rasslin

You dont need a stable, if CM Punk went the tweener route like Austin did he could battle the corporation and any face you want could help out at any time, easy

Cool. Id like to see JBL backstage sitting at a desk with those giant bullhorns at the top and his name written across them. Cole would be beside him in the Cole mine and they could bark orders at the rest of the Corporation. That being Festus, Eugene and Naked Mideon

Triple H
Cena
Kofi
Big Zeke
Sin Cara
Daniel Bryan.
HHH in a manager/ownership role, with Cena as the main guy, mic worker, etc. Kofi could be great mid level, Zeke is the muscle, and Cara and Bryan could be a great tag team.
I can just imagine all of the guys in suits. They'd be the professional image the WWE wants to put forward. Of course, this would only work if there was a rebel group to go against them (Punk, Morrison, Miz, Ziggler, etc. Not as a stable per se, just people with attitude who don't conform to the corporate image.)

:y: fucking yes yes yes all day long. No need for a stable just some headcase rebels. it'd be way more awesome then the times they do join forces to battle the common enemy instead of riding together wearin the same gimpy t-shirt
Eventually they'd turn them into a stable, though. It's just how WWE works.
Though I do agree, that's the way to go.

They never put Austin in a stable though. And they never put Shawn, Ahmed and Warrior/Sid in a stable when they were battling Camp Cornette.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned Ziggler he has future Corporate Champion written all over him.
This isn't 10 years ago, though. A stable is more marketable than random guys.
I'm not saying they would definitely put them in a stable, only if it was an ongoing thing. If it was like the SummerSlam WWE vs. Nexus match, then yeah, no stable, but that was a one-off.

Now that you mention Ziggler, i could see him like that but i wanna hear the man speak. i heard that "you're not even a girl morrison" comment he made prior to WM and said to my mate "see thats why he's never on the mic" but surely hes not that stupid.
And i see your point xero
What Would Kevin Do?

Ziggler could go either way. Ultimately though, I think he has too much "attitude" to really be a corporate guy. I see him as the guy who wants to be a huge star, not a corporate puppet.

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre make sense. Punk is the perfect role model for the company, and McIntyre has been billed by Mr. McMahon as the future of the company. Given that Punk is allied with Michael McGillicutty & David Otunga, throw them in as a tag team.

My biggest problem is if you have Triple H there of course he'll be the one calling the shots and putting himself in the title chase. I think that's a little too much power for one person to have.
Have the Raw GM say he's taking a break, and will put a real GM in charge for the time being (so they can pull the plug on this idea when ever they want to) and make either Cole, Regal, of Vickie in charge. If Cole is in chrarge, Matt Striker can have his job.
Either way the wrestlers should go as follows.
The Miz- His title history makes him a solid player in the main event, and anyone near him can get a rub from him no prob.
Dolph Ziggler (if it's Vickie) or Christian (if it's Cole) or Wade Barret (if it's Regal)- He's a solid talent who has gotten a taste of the main event, and wants more. He's also a great worker who the fans already react for... With Christian it's a little different, because it's easy for him to be a face.
Mason Ryan- Just the musscle. You could go with Mark Henry, The Big Show, or even Kane of this role, but none of them can gain anything from it.
Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder- WOO WOO WOO! YOU KNOW IT! They'll be the comic of the group. The Man Mean Street Posse with Joey Abs, so to speak.
of course they'll be wrestling John Cena and the Superfriends (Sin Cara, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, etc). Maybe Triple H can come back and destroty the corporation.
My initial idea for a group of guys who were "Vince's boys" was to have Randy Orton, Batista and John Cena all turn heel together and become a sort of three-man power trip, holding the WWE, World Heavyweight and Tag Team titles. They would wear suits to the ring, basically administer verbal fellatio to Mr. McMahon and the WWE name at every opportunity, and feud against the "up and comers".
With Batista gone, I still think it could work with just Cena and Orton, and would probably be pretty awesome.

Honestly, I'd love to see that. That is a storyline I keep wanting to happen but it hasn't as of yet.

The Corporation was one of my favorite factions and if I could pick wrestlers to fill respective roles I'd choose:
Vince McMahon- Triple H
The Rock- John Cena
Ken Shamrock- Daniel Bryan
Chyna- Beth Phoenix
Kane- Mark Henry
Test-Drew McIntyre
Big Bossman- Sheamus

only if he has a clip on tie
I can see Vince and Cena joining forces temporarily to get back at Punk (who just recently turned face because IT IS THE COOL THING TO DO NOW) for that shoot promo, only for Vince to screw Cena (like he screwed Mankind at Survivor Series 98, Montreal_style, since they will be promoting the new JIM ROSS APPROVED Montreal DVD soon) and have Punk join the new Corporation. Punk becomes a sell-out and turns heel once again.
And we get more John Cena babyface main eventing for months to come !!!!
