I've just been given No Way Out 2002 and No Mercy 2002, I'm pretty sure I've seen them, but I can't remember if they're any good
Can anyone rate them for me?
cheers
Also, the guy who gave me them has more from 2002, are there any I should look out for??my memory of 2002 is hazy to say the least.

SummerSlam 02 was really good. It had HBK's return to the ring against HHH, in a really good match. It had Benoit/RVD, and it had Lesnar/Rock, where Brock won his first title. The first Elimination Chamber match at that year's Survivor Series was cool, with HBK winning the belt at MSG. Nothing else really sticks in my mind too much from that year.
No Mercy has a REALLY good tag title match and if I'm thinking of the right PPV, that one had the Brock vs Taker HIAC which was pretty good too. My memory of the rest is failing me slightly, which probably doesn't bode well.

No Way Out 2002 had the debut/return of the nWo as well. But that's really the only thing I remember from it, I never saw it though. Possibly Jericho/Austin for the undisputed title...or it may have been The Rock.

Was No Mercy Benoit + Angle vs Edge + Mysterio??

Wrestlemania X-7 wasn't too bad. The ppv with Bret Hart and Shawn Micheals iron man match was good.
If I had to pick a best PPV, I'd say Barely Legal, ECWs first ppv.

Mania 12 wasn't that good at all. Mania X-7 was freaking awesome.
Barely Legal had mixed reviews. I liked it a lot for a while but it certainly wasn't its best PPV. Anarchy Rulez 99 and Heatwave 98 kicked its arse.

Funny that, watched that PPV today was gonna post a topic about that match: For the Smackdown Tag Titles (Whoever wins would be the first champs of the belt) Edge and Rey Mysterio vs. Angle and Benoit.
Was a SERIOUSLY GREAT MATCH!! Absolulty awesome match :y: and yeh Taker/Brock (HIAC)

Nah, you're thinking of '99. Something like 11 title changes that year with even Vince McMahon getting a piece of the action.
2002 was pretty bad for that though....
*shudders at the sketchy memories of Hogan vs. HHH, Hogan vs Undertaker, Undertaker vs. HHH consecutive PPV title matches....*

All the champions in 99
The Rock
Mankind
Stone Cold
Undertaker
Triple H
Vince McMahon
Big Show
All the champions in 2002 (undisputed, WWE and world heavyweight)
Chris Jericho
Triple H
Hulk Hogan
Undertaker
The Rock
Brock Lesnar
Big Show
Kurt Angle
Shawn Micheals
I think 2002 was worse.

Remember as well that Triple H should count as 2 because he held the Undisputed and World Heavyweight Titles. Lesnar also held the undisputed and WWE title but only counts as 1 title reign because it changed from Undisputed to WWE while he still had the title.

No Mercy. Unforgiven was just one on one, ending in a double DQ

I'm gonna watch No Mercy tonight after work. I've been told its a good one!
[QUOTE=Rob]Mania 12 wasn't that good at all. [QUOTE]
I dunno - the whole thing was basically a one trick pony, a pony that was very very good. The undercard is certainly nothing special, but seeing as the entire show is basically Shawn vs Bret, it works for me.
Besides, there's something pleasing about the Warrior match that I can't put my finger on...

So I've now watched them both
No Way Out 2002 was Dull as hell, barely a good match
No Mercy 2002 was simply awesome, Even the Taker V Brock match kept me entertained, although as usual Jericho Stole the show.
Thanks for everyones Veiws/opinions
