Christian. He's been a solid and consistently entertaining performer, both in the ring and on the mic, for a hell of a lot longer than Orton has.

Randy's improved a lot over the years, especially in the last 2-3 or so, but nothing about him completely impresses me.

Personally I think we're crossing over into overrated territory here, but if the majority of people here see Christian as better than a lot of these guys, it certainly isn't for no reason.
