TMZ.com reports that Travis "Tyson" Tomko, 38, was arrested in Florida on Monday after law enforcement discovered the former WWE star injecting himself with stolen pain medicine while hiding inside the bathroom of a Chili's restaurant.

He is accused of robbing a CVS Pharmacy of 210 tablets of Oxycodone on Monday. A pharmacist claims Tomko threatened to attack him unless he was supplied with "several bottles" of Oxycodone.

The pharmacist complied and Tomko left with 210 tablets of the powerful painkiller. Tomko, however, claimed he did not threaten the pharmacist

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Tomko went to a nearby Chili's restaurant, where he allegedly injected 178 "crushed up and melted down" pills into his system while spending 30 to 40 minutes in a restroom.

After police were informed of his whereabouts, Tomko was arrested and taken into custody on a robbery charge. He allegedly told police that he has a "severe drug problem." One officer says Tomko had "needle marks and blood running down his arm." He also flushed "something" down the toilet.

Tomko was taken to a nearby hospital and subequently transported to a nearby jail, where he was booked for robbery. He's currently behind bars in St. Johns County Jail -- bond was set at $7,500.

This is still a funny story: running to a nearby restaurant bathroom and taking 4/5ths of his stash at once.

Guy has really gone off the rails though. He looked like shit when he had a dark match for the WWE some time last year.

Time for SES v2.0... you don't even have to shave his head, already done.

Really? He totally didn't look like a drug user to me. Or dealer.. or guy that would beat you up for a dealer or drugs... and so on.

there's a certain resemblance to punk in the above picture. I guess it's true, junkies do start to look like their dealers.

Sad.

Tomko has always been one of my favorites and I hoped he would eventually get another shot at the WWE. Now that chance is obviously gone and I really hope he can pull himself together.
WWE offers drug rehab to all former talents I think, so if Tomko was honest about realising his problem, he should take advantage of that.

Hey, Tomko was Awesome. No need to a furry to appreciate Goat Boy.

Goats never seem to age do they? I honestly can't tell the the difference between a twenty year old goat and a thirty year old goat. Maybe high levels of painkillers are their secret.
