Smackdown (Airing Friday on SyFy):

* Randy Orton came out to cut a promo on his 5-on-5 Survivor Series match. He listed off his opponents, and when he mentioned Wade Barrett, Barrett's music hit and he came out. He said he has experience as a leader and beating Orton's team will prove that he is World Championship material.

* Christian came out wearing a neck brace to interrupt the two. Christian asserted that he is an inspiration to the fans, and the three begin to bicker and one-up one another. It escalates into a brawl between the three men. Sheamusran out and teamed up with Orton to clear the heels from the ring. Teddy Long came out and made Sheamusvs. Christian and Barrett vs. Orton official for tonight.

* Sheamusb. Christian

* Daniel Bryan is shown backstage talking to AJ & Kaitlyn about almost cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase last week. Mark Henry walked up to him and threatened Bryan. He said that Bryan had guts, but he'll spill them later tonight.

* Ted DiBiase b. Jinder Mahal in a glorified squash match.

* Mark Henry b. Daniel Bryan. After the match, Henry got a chair from ringside and went back into the ring, but Bryan recovered and picked up the chair, striking Henry with it. Henry was unaffected and hit Bryan with a number of World's Strongest Slams. Henry set Bryan up for his leg-breaking spot in the corner with the chair, but The Big Show ran out to save Bryan. Show stared down Henry from just outside the ring as Henry hit Bryan in the back with the chair. Show got into the ring and Henry got out. Show grabbed the World Heavyweight Championship, threw it at Henry, and cut a short promo againsthim.

* Big Show b. 3 jobbers. Henry watched from atop the ramp. After the match, Henry got on the mic and said he'll beat Show at Survivor Series.

* AliciaFoxb. Tamina, with Natalya on commentary.

* Matt Striker interviewed Sheamusand discussed his temper.

* Hunico & Epico b. The Usos. After the match, Primo, who was at ringside, joined Hunico and Epico in beating down the Usos. Hunico then cut a promo in Spanish.

* Wade Barrett b. Randy Orton with a roll-up after a thumb to the eye.

Was just about to post these too. Got some ever so slightly more detailed.

Randy Orton came out and talked about leading his Survivor Series team. He said he was going to beat them one-by-one, but when he got to Wade Barrett, his music played and he came out. Barrett said he's a natural leader and said beating Orton's team at Survivor Series would show he's ready to be a World Champion for the first time.

Christian's music hit and he came out in a neck brace. He bigged up Barrett and said he inspires people. He said he and Barret should send a message and the three began to brawl. Sheamus ran out. Orton and Sheamus cleared the heels from the ring.

Teddy Long's music hit and he ordered Christian vs. Sheamus next. He also announced Barrett vs. Orton for later in the show.

1. Sheamus beat Christian with the Celtic Cross. Another good match between the two. One sweet spot was when Christian jumped out of the ring, got caught by Sheamus, who rammed him into the barricade.

Daniel Bryan was talking backstage with A.J. and Kaitlyn about he almost cashed MiTB last week. Mark Henry turned up and said how dare Bryan almost cash it in. He said Bryan had guts but he will spill them later tonight in their match.

A promo package for Ezekiel Jackson was shown. A terrible Teddy Long and Aksana backstage segment occurred. The less said the better. Alicia Fox was involved.

2. Ted DiBiase beat Jinder Mahal. Jinder didn't even get an entrance. Ted won quickly. Squash match.

3. Mark Henry beat Daniel Bryan. Henry won with the World's Strongest Slam. After the match, Henry got the chair meaning to break his leg, but Bryan got the chair and hit Henry with it. Henry no sold and gave him the World's Strongest Slam several times. He put him in the corner with the chair on his leg, but Big Show made the save.

Henry kept Show out of the ring, and hit Bryan on the back with the chair. Show stood on the apron and the two had a stare off until henry got out of the ring. Show got in, tossed the world championship back to Henry, then got on the mic to trash him.

4. Big Show defeated three enhancement wrestlers. Henry then trashed him from the ramp. Henry botched his promo afterwards. He did say he has impressed everyone and he will beat Show at Survivor Series and leave him with a lasting impression.

5. Alicia Fox beat Tamina. Natalya was on commentary.

There was a bit with Sheamus and Matt Striker talking about Sheamus's temper.

6. Hunico and Epico beat The Uso Brothers. After the match, the Mexicans triple beat on The Uso's, including a sweet triple finisher. Hunico got the mic and spoke in Spanish and got the "What" treatment.

7. Wade Barrett defeated Randy Orton. Orton went for the RKO and Barrett avoided it. Barrett won with a thumb to the eye and a roll up.

Dark Match

1. Sheamus, Randy Orton, and Big Show beat Cody Rhodes, Christian, and Mark Henry with Booker T as special referee. Henry and Show battled to the back. Christian and Sheamus did the same, which left Rhodes to eat an RKO and take the pin.

Booker T did a Spinnaroonie and Orton even attempted one. Funny stuff. Henry's music hit and he came back out. Then, believe it or not, Mark Henry attempted a Spinnaroonie brilliantly, and ate an RKO for his troubles. Orton then walked around greeting the fans and taking some pictures. He certainly seems a lot more fan friendly in that regard as opposed to Cena last night at Raw.

I'm really excited for the Hunico, Epico & Primo thing. I like all three guys a lot (well, haven't seen too much for Epico yet), so it's nice to see them being used. Could be great mid-card heels.

Wade Barrett getting a push is fine with me, and they finally seem to be building up Daniel Bryan. I'll wait to see the promo from Bryan, but if they do have Bryan cash-in his title shot early for whatever reason (a lack of faith as a main event player?), having Henry beat Show at Survivor Series, Kane return to lay-out Henry, and then Bryan capitalise to become the new World Heavyweight Champion is far from the worst possible scenario. The story going onwards would be whether or not Daniel Bryan has what it takes to really be World Heavyweight Champion.

Overall sounds like a fantastic show. Primo joining Epico and Hunico sounds great, and looking forward to this match. Barrett/Orton and Christian/Sheamus will be great. Ted DiBiase getting a little bit of steam again. Henry/Bryan should be good enough. Can't wait to see this show to be honest.

Just finished watching, fantastic Smackdown from top to bottom excluding the Divas match which I skipped.

Sheamus and Christian was fucking awesome, Daniel Bryan looked good against Henry, though I DO NOT want these two to face at Wrestlemania. The tag match and DiBiase/Mahal were both short, but pretty sweet, and Orton and Barrett was really good.

A lot of the promos were reasonably short and sweet, except the first one, but Orton did a pretty good job this week, and the interruptions by two of the best talkers on Smackdown, Christian and Barrett kept things interesting.

All in all, this was a VERY solid Smackdown. :y:

Random thought # 1 Alicia Fox is looking better and better every week, i wouldn't mind her sitting on my lap so we can talk about the first thing that pops up.

Random thought #2 If Booker T doesn't return to the ring I think he can really do a lot for D-Bryan if he became his manager.

Christian v. Sheamus may have been one of my favorite matches this year. I'm not even really sure why. I just really liked the dynamic between the two, and Christian looked like the complete opposite of a bitch, even though his non-match antics speak otherwise.
