Has anyone ever seen one where one wrestler picks up the first two falls winning the match and skipping the third fall?

Yeah, but we're talking about two at the beginning that render the third fall useless/aka stops the match.

WCW Clash Of The Champions - June 16, 1993: Ric Flair and Arn Anderson defeated the Hollywood Blonds.

First fall, by pinfall.
Second fall, by disqualification, due to Barry Windham's interference.

You forgot the most important details.

The exact time, the colours of their trunks, their haircuts, etc.

I watched a TV title match where Austin beat Rhodes twice in a row to negate a third fall, recently.

guy who lost the first two in a row should have gotten up and said "Wait, make it best 3 out of 5!" and then won 3 straight falls himself. Really piss off the guy that accepted..

In ROH, for a bit, the Briscoe Bros were essentially undefeated in 2/3 fall matches. They made a sort of big deal about them never losing a fall in one.

Actually, that was for the WCW U.S. title at Starrcade '93.

Austin won the first fall by disqualification and won the second fall by pinfall.

I know it hasn't happened in a one out of two falls match.

Why would they have a one out of two falls match? What if one person wins the first fall and the other person wins the second fall? Then it is either a draw or they are forced to do overtime which would count as the third fall.

God, I hope you're joking otherwise it'd be best if you just lay down for a bit.
