****John Cena recently noted on Twitter that he wanted to make the “Cena Sucks” t-shirts back in 2008 and claims he is not bothered by them. Of course, Cena will get royalties from every “Cena Sucks’ t-shirt sold so it’s a win/win situation for him. For those who have not seen them yet, you can click here to view the ‘Cena Sucks’ and ‘We Can’t See You’ t-shirts****
Pretty sure I clicked a link last week that said. "Cena feels disrespected by WWE" led me to comments about him not liking the anti-Cena shirts... ANyway
Is Cena in line or talking shit? Imagine you are Cena exactly where he his right now. 50/50 crowd reaction. You could run either way. What would you do?

Key word: Royalties.

If Cena says he feel disrespected = More sales to those who want to disrespect Cena = More $ in Cena's pocket

Cena's not stupid. If he loves the business half as much as he proclaims, he knows this is a gold mine for him and for them, and as long as it's for them, it's longer for him.

Ok ok guy I get it. $$$$$ but what about the character? If you had his situation.. the boos come from the guys and or smarks. The cheers from the bitches and or kiddies. I think Cena's current charater appears to be doing his best to cling to the face aspect but droppin hints he could snap all the same.
No? Yes? Meh?

"Snap" you say? I think Supreme Olajuwon could interest you in a great storyline he came up with.
I'm almost positive the "disrespected" comment he made were in kayfabe via his twitter

Yes and Yes. Now then... would anyone care to answer the fucking question rather than state the obvious? It's a hypothetical ppl.

I don't know where they're going with this, but, I'll surely tune in to see.
Maybe Cena will come out with a "Rocky Sucks" shirt, and the match at WM28 will be a "Loser Sucks More" match or something.

The question as in what would we do if we were Cena? In Kayfabe?
I'd probably start caring a bit less about going for the belt and just work on banging the divas backstage while still making good money :y:
In what order would you bang the Divas?

Gotta start with Beth Phoenix and then work your way down.
She's hot.

Gotta think more strategically than that though, she'll be with the company for years still. Work on the ones likely to leave/be released earliest.

Rosa Mendes is the only recent WWE diva related thing I can remember enjoying.

Well, then I'd think it'd be time to "Get FOXY".

If I was Cena the character, it would drive me to depression and ultimately suicide. But I'd save that for a PPV. $$$$$

John Cena is the best heel in the business. Why shouldn't he have an anti-Cena shirt?

His real motto is: "Love me, hate me, PAY ME!"

He could actually take this and run with it.
I'm pretty sure you misread the interview. Cena actually said that the company wanted to make the shirts all the way back in 2008. Not himself.

Dunno, so many of those bitches could go at any time. Could take a while. You want to get Phoenix in her prime, not when her tits are sagging.

Cena is one of the more unique characters in wrestling where he divides the crowd right down the middle. He's a face but a heel to some as well.
Makes perfect sense that WWE capitalises on this and moreso for his character as well.

I'm unclear on the Cena character's motives right now. I mean, if Cena (and for right now, assume these mentions of Cena are for the charatcer) wanted to please the fans, he might actually want to try pleasing the fans. I mean, I know I would do that. Not become a dancing bear, but I'd put some effort into it. That's something Cena's sorely lacking.
Eliminating legit dedication to the fans, I can only assume he's cultivating this response intentionally. The possibility therefore exists that Cena is doing this for the money. If that's the case, I would totally whine about being disrespected and rake in the cash.
"Oh noes, y u no liek me?"
"Excuse me, I'll go cry myself to sleep on this large pile of money."

Don't think that's the issue, since he's still evidently misquoting the article.
