The potential spin-off series would also be created by Bones creator/executive producer Hart Hanson, and be based on The Locator series of two books written by Richard Greener. The character of Walter is described as an eccentric but amusing recluse in high demand for his ability to find anything. He is skeptical of everything—he suffered brain damage while overseas, which explains his constant paranoia—and known for asking offensive, seemingly irrelevant questions to get to the truth.[4]

If you watch Bones then this might be familiar to you. It's actually a spin-off from Bones. The episode was weird because it actually felt like a crossover but "The Finder" series did not exist yet. I'm guessing they made that episode specifically to gauge the audience's reaction and reception to The Finder and then went ahead with creating the TV series.

I'll give it a shot and hopefully it is successful but you never know. Any thoughts? Especially from Bones watchers?

That episode wasn't bad, so I'll give it try myself.

Never got into bones, but i really like this show. Characters are interesting and have good depth to have this last for a while imo.
