He accomplished a lot in his first 2 years especially last year managing to win the Rumble, won Raw's MitB case, involved in one of the main events for Mania, and a couple of title reigns.

Rhodes has the huge possibility of passing Del Rio in the near future with how well his IC reign and development has gone so far.
