Didn't like rockaby baby or grand turino. The charectets just seem so seperated from everyone but the charecters. And I can never hear the dialogue its like everybody whispers. Dunno.

I like a lot of the stuff he has done, both MDB and Mystic River were good, and Grand Torino was incredibly entertaining. I really like some of the westerns he has directed: High Plains Drifter, The Outlaw Josie Wales and especially Unforgiven. I liked the underrated Play Misty for Me as well.
I agree though that the charectets just seem so seperated from everyone but the charecters

Mystic river was stupendous.
Grand Turino would probably be a movie about a stressed lawyer from New York whose wife leaves him because he always puts his job on the 1st place so he goes on vacation to Italy and finds true love there.

I usually post from my iPhone and I don't think I have nearly as many fuck ups typing like Clox. Answer me this Clox, I you think Clint Eastwood sucks, what movies do you like? Not counting Juwanna Mann bc that's a given.

I liked Letters from Iwo Jima that he directed although it was almost the same picture as Flag of Our Fathers but from the other side's perspective.

Yeah didn't mean to imply it was a bad thing just that he managed to make 2 good films with the same topic and I really liked the Japanese perspective on that battle.

You'd probably back down on that if enough people badgered you.
Or anyone, really.

Oh shit, I almost forgot. Million Dollar Baby was my fave too. Hilary Swank looked Angelina Jolie-ish as a boxer in this one.

Those are 2 of my favorite Eastwood films....don't think he directed them though.
