Basically you need these things to run Titsters.

1. Microsoft Excel
2. Patience to deal with fuckheads bitching about points, match outcomes, and cheating deadlines
3. Time to tally all of the scores from the 40+ people who initially sign up and the 20 or so left at the end of the year
4. Ability to withstand the constant PMs from DAMN iNATOR

So pretty much whoever kisses my ass the most over the next 24-48 hours will get it.
