OK I'm not claiming to know or in any way be considered an accomplished pro wrestler. However, it has come to my attention that some of you would like to see certain people injured to the point of never wrestling again (namely new Jack, but lets not get to stuck on him because I can kinda see your point.

Kierkegaard described a poet as someone who basically enhaled tragedy in order to manifest beauty. And that whst those who said "sing again" really meant was; may some tragedy befall you in order that you may create new works.

That being said I believe it takes a level of crazy to want to get into this business after having spent anytime whatsoever in it. Sure you may be a normal dude who loves wrestling but once you see what the schedule of a successfully pro wrestler looks like, and the state most of them end up in, you have to realize its a 1 in amillion shot that requires so much work and creativity and social savvy its ridiculous.

Anyone who has made it in the business for a period of ten or more years is worthy of esteem and respect by anyone who calls himself a fan.

Sure these guys may be total dicks. But the truth is if it wasn't for guys willing to stick with a masochistic sport then none of us would be onnthis messageboard yelling at each other about whether Daniel Bryan has "it" or deserves anything or how bad cena is.

These people have given themselves a road of pain and rejection and compromise that never really ends. And yet we judge these amazing athletes and wish them harm?

Other than New Jack who do "we" as in TPWW want to see get hurt I know I personally hate seeing wrestlers get legit injuries. Most recently when R-Truth had that bad fall it totally took me out of the match thinking "damn I hope R-Truth isn't out of Elimination Chamber and Wrestlemania" that would really suck for his finances I'm sure, and for me as a fan of his.

I don't even usually want anyone to juice anymore because it's totally unnecessary. (Though to be honest it has served it's purpose many times)

After seeing New Jack "real life assault" more than one guy in the ring, yeah I'd like him to get the same treatment. But that's just New Jack.

So where is this coming from Clox?

I agree. I don't want to see anyone get hurt. Even wrestlers I don't like much like Heath Slater because that's just bad karma. Speaking of karma when she will be back full time?

Pretty sure that's just angry hyperbole. At least I'd hope so.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure most people who might say they wanna see New Jack get hurt don't base it at all on his lack of wrestling ability.

I dont get all the hate for cena. He is like this generations Bret Hart. Only he has the 5 movies of doom.

Sometimes but its still the manifestation of cruel negativity toward a real life person and not just the charecter.

Well, if they genuinely wish harm on them, they're just dicks...

They choose that life of touring the world and that and get paid accordingly, I dont see why thats worth any more respect than what anyone else does for a job.

I think the majority of "Cena Sucks" fans respect the guy for his work but are tired of his push. I don't think it's very sane to actually "hate" Cena, personally.

I've never herd anyone wish I'll on anyone as far as injuries go, especially for someone as awesome as Orton, never even herd it for Khali.

I think your perception may be off on this a little bit, probably cause the New Jack thread, am I right?

The Great Khaki vs The Big Shoe

They could make it a triple threat by throwing in The Iron Shirt

That's not very nice wishing someone aids. Even hepatitis would not be nice.

I'm confused here. Anyway Big Shoe would beat Great Kakhi.

Remember Henry O Godwin? I liked him when he dumped the slop bucket on HHH

Funnily enough i was just thinking WWE needs some tag teams much like the Godwins, i enjoyed those days of The Godwins, The Headbangers. The highlanders were close to what i wanted but never mind, maybe one day

I think what it takes to be a pro wrestler of any credibility is to not suck dick for cash, a job, or for the sheer interest in knowing if you would like to suck a cock for the rest of your days.
