Xbox Gamer tag Question

So recently I forgot my gamer tag password. and I can't even remember my email address to recover it. Is there any other way I can gain access??.

Edit: I know their is a gaming section, but I need help with this asap. :)

What you need to do is make sure you know your gamer tag, go to xbox.com, look for the support section, read up on lost gamertags, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX, press 0, and then...

also: who the hell has it so they have to enter their password on signing into LIVE? that's amazingly bad.
