Damn, 20 minute video... :'(

Well, I'm not gonna watch the whole thing then, but if he wants to leave the UFC, it's probably for the best. He's past his prime, he doesn't enjoy training all that much and he's got a decent career ahead of him as an action film star, even if it ends up being straight to DVD shit.

I don't wanna see him go in there getting tooled by all the up and comers like Cro Cop ended up.

He talks about it in the first 5 mins or so.. Pretty much says he was hurt in the Jones fight and the UFC forced him to fight Bader hurt.. He says that White and Silva claim he doesn't draw anymore but made him fight on that card for the extra buyrates off his name being on the marquee.. He has one more fight on his UFC contract but want out of it.. Says it reminds him of the end of his Pride days.. He wants to prove he doesn't just fight for money, taking fights just for a paycheck and that he wants to go fight in a small promotion and be a huge draw for a $5 purse..

I guess I'm gonna start promoting fights now..

Yeah, I ended up watching about 9 minutes or so. I have no doubt he's going to dominate whatever small promotion he goes to if he does do that, but he's better off retiring with a good record still in tact and pursuing something else while the general populace still remembers him from the A Team.

Overrated cry baby. It's always somebody else's fault.

I respect what he has done in the sport but the guy needs to grow up and take a look in the mirror.

I recall seeing posts on the internet after the Bones fight where he was blasting the UFC for not putting him on the Japan card. He kept blasting them and pressuring them to give him a fight in Japan because it was important to him. Then he gets it, loses and starts throwing a tantrum.

I'm hurt this, UFC disrespecting me, Joe Silva wants to watch wrestlers humping me, fans are sheep, Japanese fans are better than American fans, I don't wanna be in the UFC no more, I BEAT FORREST GRIFFIN GOD DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!

I love Rampage's legacy, but this dude now is a joke.

After he lost to Bader he did an interview with ESPN talking about how he has a prescription for TRT, how testosterone made him feel young again and how he wasn't going to retire because of it. That is a joke. If you're not even 40 yet and need testosterone replacement, you should go get a desk job somewhere. http://espn.go.com/blog/mma/post/_/id/9118/jackson-comments-deepen-trt-debate

Yet he still missed weight and lost. He's made no effort to become an actual mixed martial artist, but gets pissy when no one respects his community college wrestling skills. He was the one bitching about not being on the Japan card and they gave him a guy who seemed like a decent match up.

Let dude go box James Toney and get knocked the fuck out. Then when he's out of money and begging to come back to the UFC, feed him to Phil Davis or Gustafsson.

I'm just being real. I'm a big Rampage fan, but I don't like seeing him fight anymore because he's a shell of his former self.

He'll be Fedors next victim or fight Kimbo or Bob Sapp on some random Jap card.

He's never fought at HW.. Don't think he ever fight over 205 (cept the Bader fight of coarse)..

Could be catchweight like Hendo/Fedor or some shit, dunno, gut feeling is that it'll happen

I can kinda see them putting him against Forrest Griffin.. Big time title rematch on a controversial decision.. Both big draws coming off hard losses..

Be a pretty good co-mainevent IMO..

yeah, he's been banging on about this on Twitter for days now bless him, should probably try and make a go of a film career as opposed to taking fights elsewhere unless he wants to pad out his record to finish his career or something

Hendo weighed in pretty much at LHW when he fought Fedor and still knocked him unconscious and conscious again.

If Rampage did leave the UFC, I'm sure him and his TRT would have no problem fighting Fedor in Japan on some weird New Years Dream/Sengoku card featuring a kickboxing match, a match between an MMA fighter and Japanese pro wrestler where half the fight is scripted pro wrestling and the other half is contested under MMA rules and some kind of sumo match. Rampage belongs in a circus like that at this point.

Actually, I'm not going to lie, Rampage vs. Fedor is a fight I'd actually pay to see.

Looks like the UFC is going to let him walk after that fight too. Good for them.

I hope Shogun finds a doctor who says he has low testosterone too so he can enjoy the benefits of TRT while he's training just like Quittin' Jackson.

Chael Sonnen has labelled Rampage Jackson a "crybaby" after the former UFC light-heavyweight champion accused the UFC of giving him difficult fights.

Jackson has been extremely vocal over the past week, demanding that he be released from his UFC contract due to his belief that the promotion is attempting to "destroy my fan base". In Rampage's eyes, he has been given a bunch of wrestlers who are made to make him look bad, and he even stated that matchmaker Joe Silva "should be shot in the face".

With one fight left on his contract Rampage, who faces double knee surgery, will meet Mauricio Shogun Rua before leaving the company, and Sonnen admits he laughs at the ridiculous nature of Jackson's moans.

"I like him, but look, he's a crybaby," Sonnen told MMA Uncensored. "I find it entertaining. I like it when he goes on his campaigns about entitlement and how he should be given easy fights.

"I don't agree with any of it, but, you've got to understand, everybody's going to stumble, at times.

"But to miss weight at a fight poorly, when you're paid what he's paid - he's the second highest paid fighter in the industry now that Brock Lesnar is retired - it kind of puts him in a different ballpark.

"A lot of things are expected of him and he's not quite delivering. But as far as retirement talk, the guy ought to be able to have a bad performance here and there. Randy Couture, the greatest of all time, had bad performances, but he always came back."

Sonnen did defend Jackson over his use of testosterone replacement therapy, which helps return the body to its normal levels. Jackson believes it could add ten years to his career and Sonnen, who also requires TRT, insists it is not cheating.

"There's two things there. If you're going to associate the guy with TRT, make sure you also associate the fact that it's legal and it's not banned.

"Second thing with TRT is people are really getting confused. They look at TRT and they're missing the stuff that really is good. TRT is eight, nine or ten on the list of things they could take to help their careers.

"Secondly, any time a person says 'performance enhancer,' stop talking to them, because they don't have the intellect to debate with you."
