Need help with Kindle App/.Mobi/ePub files

So I installed the Kindle app on my iPod touch and created an account with Amazon and I converted some pdf file sto .Mobi and ePub and uploaded them to my Cloud drive on Amazon but they don't appear on the Kindle app. Anyone know what to do or what I'm even talking about?

Did you use a file manager app to locate and open the files individually, outside of the kindle app?

No, what do you mean?

Dunno if iOS has support for file managers. I had a similar issue with my android phone and I used File Manager HD (which acts like windows explorer for instance) to locate the copied files and manually launch them from there. Then I got the option to choose the program/app of choice to open them with the additional option to make that the default app to open the files.

idk, but I was able to download a PDF of The Bible from some regular website for my mom on her iPad and it just automatically went into "iBooks" and was saved there, so maybe that is a way around your prob, I don't know

Easiest way is to convert everything to ePub (or just use the original PDF) and just drag them into iTunes, they should be available in iBooks.

If you must use the Kindle app though, if you go to the Apps tab in iTunes, there should be an option to move files to the app directly.

I think both options are available in iOS 4 or above though, so only later iPod touches can do this.
