I can't give you photos, but I can do my best to describe them.

Haas of Pain
The opponent lies face down, while Haas lies face up at his opponent's head. He folds one of the opponent's legs over the other, and pulls the unfolded leg, arching the back in a cresent moon type shape.

Brock Lock
I'm not too sure on this one, but it ends with Lesnar having the oppoent's leg over his shoulders (which has a similiar form to the Half Boston Crab), which works over the back and the leg.
