So we got a good part of the year left, hopefully WWE changes things up and gives us some new stars before Wrestlemania, so things can progress in their natural way.

Finally Ziggler has been pushed forward with his MITB win last night. I'm curious as to what YOU want to see Ziggler do to take the next step of being an actual main event draw, along the lines of CM Punk. The WWE Universe is really getting on board with Dolph, and I wonder if we will get a Punk/Cena crowd when/if we see Dolph/Sheamus.

If WWE wants to keep Ziggler a heel, how will they do it? Daniel Bryan seemed to find a niche in maintaining a heel character while being on the good side of the majority of the WWE universe, to the point that it didn't hurt his story with Punk... but I am not so sure that Sheamus is loved enough to overshadow a cooler better, Dolph Ziggler.

I'm also scared for him and others because not even the WWE Championship is a main event title anymore, it's Cena's spot to take the show ender. Triple H and Lesnar will undoubtedly take the spot at Summerslam... so how do you really build a draw if you don't condition the fans to the fact that "this guy" (Ziggler/Punk/Bryan/Sheamus/Del Rio) is an actual show closer.... They hardly even get Raw main event's anymore.

I hope WWE starts to put those returning stars in the co-main events and the real WWE Stars in the closing spot. Plus if Ziggler and Punk or Bryan are closing there is no way to disappoint at the end of a PPV.

I really don't know how to answer this, because as long as WWE doesn't view whatever angle is going on for the WWE Championship as the most important angle in the company, I don't know how they can take a guy like Dolph Ziggler and take him to the next level.

They can put Ziggler in a feud with Punk or whoever, but if it's not the main event, and it doesn't get the most exposure, then I don't know what can be done.

haven't watched RAW or Smackdown for a few weeks so I can't say for sure but when was the last time Dolph actually acted like a heel? because what I've seen of him over the last month or so struck me as the early stages of a slow burn turn/that he's pretty much a tweener rn

if that's the case, combined with the MITB win, he's pretty much on the right track

I'd be happy to see another Punk/Cena feud, if only it didn't mean Cena winning the title.

I am not sure what will happen in terms of the World Heavyweight Championship, but John Cena vs. CM Punk at Summerslam seems like might be the match. However, I am thinking that The Rock will want in the title match at Summerslam too. I think the best scenario is to have The Rock vs. CM Punk. Have The Rock win and then have John Cena cash in on him getting revenge for the Wrestlemania loss.

Some way or another, The Rock will be involved with the WWE Championship at Summerslam is my guess. It seems more likely than John Cena will issue the challenge to Punk tonight with his scheduled announcement. I see him using the RVD route with the case, but if The Rock is Punk's opponent and ends up winning, then he will take the same route all the other MITB cash-ins have taken. We'll just see how it all unfolds.

John Cena Vs Cm Punk:
I think this would be an epic match, Two top faces
going head to head. In an all out brawl.

I think the whole WWE galaxy wants to see Tensai vs Big Show vs Ryback at the Summerslam as Bret Hart used to say.

In all fairness, Punk and Bryan received the most exposure going into this ppv. Maybe they did not main event but RAW seemed to be 45 minutes of their angle (Plus AJ).

I only want to see Cena/Punk if Cena states when he's going to cash in on Punk, then fails to do so because of shenanigans from Rock or Brock.....

Most of the spotlight during Bryan and Punk's build-up to MITB was on AJ. She overshadowed them both.

The discussion wasn't "Will Bryan become WWE Champion? Will CM Punk retain?" It was all "What will AJ do? Will she side with Bryan or Punk?"

But they were both featured more than any other male wrestler during that time. Both had loads of promo time and wrestling time.

I can't see The Rock working another match before the road to WrestleMania. He's going off to shoot some new movie very soon and I believe he will be in production during Summerslam time. That's not to say that he wouldn't be allowed to a day's leave to go work SS, but it's doubtful.

I would like to see Rock cost CM Punk the WWE Championship on RAW, with the idea being that Rock wants Cena to be the WWE Champion heading into WrestleMania 29 so that he can beat him again, and this time for the WWE Title.

Punk goes ape shit over Rock screwing him out of the title and starts dropping "pipebombs" about "washed up, old Superstars" coming back to the WWE to mess with the real current faces of the WWE like himself. This leads to Stone Cold's return and a long, drawn out feud against Punk leading to their match at WrestleMania.

I'm hoping we get The Rock vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania next year, and that we begin to see the build to that as early as next week. John Cena can win the WWE Title temporarily, and then defend it against Punk again at SummerSlam and probably a few more PPVs after that, where Punk is further established as a player.

The build for Punk/Rock could be pretty amazing if they let them go all out. Rock won't be like Cena, smirking and being all smarmy about the "pipebombs" he drops, but will instead treat them seriously and come back with his own hard hitting retorts.
