TNA has been putting forth a surprisingly good product lately, and this PPV looks quite interesting to me. I can't find a stream anywhere, but I thought I would make this thread so people have a place to discuss this, since there appears to be a bit more good will towards TNA lately. Here is the card:

I checked for one and can't find one. :( Hopefully someone comes in for the save.

Heisenberg

Mine doesn't either, just like to hook ppl up just in case. I've been on many journeys the last years for a good site. :-)
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:23 PM
Thanks, gentlemen. Good lord I am happy every time Heisenberg posts.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 08:24 PM
What was the first match?
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:24 PM
I am becoming a fan of Heisenberg rapidly. Thank both of you gentlemen
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:25 PM
Kenderson!
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:27 PM
Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez vs. Kid Kash and Gunner was the opener, I think.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:27 PM
I hope Magnus wins this match. He'd get the most out of it. I'm predicting RVD wins it, though.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:27 PM
Chavo and Hernadez vs Kid Kash and Gunner was match 1
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 08:28 PM
Ah ok, and now this BFG series match, not bad.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:28 PM
Also, RVD has been doing great work in this series. His psychology is spot-on -- something that a lot of people don't associate with RVD.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:29 PM
For a dude who is like 25, Magnus is fucking good.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:29 PM
Do RVD and The Pope exist anymore?
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 08:30 PM
RVD doesn't give a shit!!!!!! Took Anderson out! Nice spot.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:30 PM
Oh, there's RVD.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:30 PM
I've decided I'd mark the fuck out if Pope came out of nowhere, completely refreshed and won this match.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:31 PM
WHERE'S THE POPE??!?!?!!?
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:32 PM
I don't care how shitty the storylines are, TNA always has some great matches.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:33 PM
Pope got attacked by Aces and 8's before he made his entrance.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:33 PM
The storylines are getting better and better. There's even some good in the Daniels/AJ/Claire shit -- namely in Daniels being motivated by insecurity.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:33 PM
You called RVD
These matches are fun.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:34 PM
Pope being taken out makes sense, actually. Keeps the Aces and Eights thing going, and three guys work better than four would in this match.
RVD won, which is good for him. I wish they'd give him better theme music, though.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:35 PM
For all the shit he gets for not changing up his move-set, RVD's work in this BFG Series being rewarded with a spot in the top four makes me happy.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:35 PM
I don't mind the music. Gets the fans going.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:36 PM
I could totally see Samoa Joe being bumped from the top four and getting really pissed.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:36 PM
Oh, nice, they do traditional backstage interviews on their PPVs.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:37 PM
Madison Rayne is definitely a boner machine.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:37 PM
This should be fun.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:38 PM
Really love Christy Hemme as a ring announcer, and how the camera wants to have sex with her.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:39 PM
I really hope Kazarian wins here. The dude is a great worker and looks like a movie star. TNA should also try and get Lela Star to be his valet. :shifty:
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:39 PM
Holy shit, how much weight has Dvon lost? He looks great
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:39 PM
I like that TNA gave Devon the respect of having a decent singles title reign. I think it's time for a change, though.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:40 PM
BONER MACHINE.
Testify looks so much like testicle.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:40 PM
The dude is over, too.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:42 PM
saved that botch.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:42 PM
Devon winning this wouldn't be bad. People love the guy.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:43 PM
I'm still amazed at how 'well' that the Dudleys are doing on their own.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:44 PM
TNA have done a good job of letting them play characters they are comfortable with. Devon is a likeable chap and Bully Ray plays a natural asshole. I think both have felt something to prove as singles guys, too.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:45 PM
Also, say what you want, a Team 3D reunion down the track is going to be money for TNA.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:46 PM
GORE! GORE! GORE!
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 08:47 PM

Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:48 PM
There's a lot of praise for TNA coming from the forums lately. I gotta tell ya, This is my first time watching TNA in a long time. Gotta tell ya There's been some drastic improvement
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:49 PM
Brother worked an entire match with a gold chain on.
Brothas be stylin'!!!
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:49 PM
Devon is having an amazing reign as TV Champion. I still think Nick Dinsmore should come in and win the title from him, though. Bring in Dinsmore as Garett's cousin beating him up to make Uncle Eric proud.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:49 PM
Good match.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:51 PM
LOL, Earl Hebner.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:51 PM
I'd totally mark out if Earl Hebner screws Madison Rayne and is all "Bitch, I'm Earl Hebner and don't need you."
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 08:52 PM
What do you think of this angle?
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 08:52 PM
I'd totally mark out if Earl Hebner screws Madison Rayne and is all "Bitch, I'm Earl Hebner and don't need you."
Earl has to keep his pimp hand strong. That would be amazing!!!!
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:52 PM
I'd also love it if Dave Hebner pretended to be Earl and tried to get him some boner machine.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 08:53 PM
I miss Velvet Sky...
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:54 PM
I don't mind this angle. Madison Rayne is using her sexuality as a heel to get what she wants. It has to be the senior official, because he has the power to assign himself to her matches, presumably. I also like it when referees get mentioned by name and are treated as individuals.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:54 PM
I miss Velvet Sky...
Here, here.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:55 PM
I think that Earl should probably screw Miss Tessmacher and her amazing ass here, with the pay-off of Brooke Hogan stopping Earl from assigning himself to her matches later.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:56 PM
It also wouldn't surprise me if this angle also leads to Earl losing his power -- he never refs the main events anymore -- Brian does that.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:56 PM
TNA needs to hire back Awesome Kong as soon as they can.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 08:58 PM
I really want Winter back, too. Would love to see her aligned with Doug Williams.
Krimzon7

Orlando Screw Job takes on so many meanings right here.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:01 PM
Orlando Screw Job takes on so many meanings right here.
That is an amazing post.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:01 PM
Madison Rayne is a great heel, and it'll be tremendous to see her fed to Kong.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 09:02 PM
Tessmacher has improved so much since the last time I saw here. Not bad for a women's match.
WWE should really give the Diva's more time too show what they can do
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:02 PM
I would actually watch a sex tape between Madison Rayne and Earl Hebner, because I am fucking sick like that.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:04 PM
There is money in female wrestling. It just needs to be done right.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:04 PM
Gotta do my homework on this aces and eights
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:04 PM
Bully Ray is great.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:05 PM
Aces and Eights could be the Nexus done right.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:07 PM
Sons of Anarchy/nWo flavored stable...I'll see them out, always love stables.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 09:08 PM
Robbie E is struggling in the standings haha
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:09 PM
I actually quite enjoy Robbie E. as a background heel.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:11 PM
Since WWE can't really do it well, as Vince is reportedly really out of touch with pop-culture -- TNA could really capture some imaginations by channelling shows like Sons of Anarchy to really create "on the pulse" television.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:11 PM
That is an amazing post.
This is an amazing acknowledgement.
I'd be pissed if Zack Light would get over before the real WWW Kid could.
How is Jeff Hardy still employed?
Sting's steaming the Joker right now?
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 09:11 PM
Hardy's face paint is awesome.
SORRY ABOUT YOUR DAMN LUCK!
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:11 PM
I hate country music, but I'm down with Cowboy James Storm.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:12 PM
I've got to be honest -- I don't really care about James Storm as much as I feel I should. :-\
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:13 PM
Jeff Hardy has reportedly transformed his entire act backstage. I hope so, because the dude has an undeniable connection with audiences.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:13 PM
How is Jeff Hardy still employed?
I wondered that the same day, but YouTubed some of his ladder spots and remembered how bat-shit crazy he was.
Overlooking his legal troubles, he's great in-ring.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:13 PM
If this were an elimination rules, it would actually make total sense for all three guys to team up on James Storm and get him out early.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:14 PM
I miss the Beer MONAYYYY theme. Sorry bout your damn luck is still one of my favorite catch phrases.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:14 PM
Being a father has probably helped out Jeff Hardy tremendously. I never thought it would be Matt Hardy I'd be hoping gets his shit together.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:14 PM
lol at bully ray
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:15 PM
I can't wait for Robbie to go nuts on Bully Ray in this match.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:15 PM

08-12-2012, 09:16 PM

Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:16 PM
Beautiful cover up there.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:17 PM
That was an awkward couple of seconds silence by everyone on that botch...
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:18 PM
I wonder what would happen if two guys put one guy through a table?
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:18 PM
what is that clusterfuck spot called?
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:18 PM
That looked awkward...
I like that the Tower of Doom spot was teased earlier, and this match delivered it.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:19 PM
I'd assume lowest man on totem would win.
Tower of Doom, thanks Noid.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:20 PM
If I were a kayfabe referee, I would probably say that match would continue until there was a definitive winner.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:21 PM
Bigger Rob is great in his role.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:21 PM
They're not quite Shawn Michaels and Diesel, of course, but I like it when heels have muscle to help them out.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:22 PM
Robbie E. is being really slow in this match. Something is really off about his pacing.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:23 PM
LOL at Robbie grabbing the referee's hand.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 09:23 PM
SHould be an elimination match instead. But its fine this way.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:24 PM
ugh is HARDY running this group? I hope not.
Whisper in the wind is batshit crazy.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:25 PM
The more this angle goes on, the more I think that Bobby Roode is going to be in cahoots with Aces and Eights.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:26 PM
I don't think we'll see Hardy turn heel, his last heel run was terrible.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:26 PM
Really happy for Bully Ray!
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:27 PM
Sell that elbow. After powerbombing Hardy and doing a floatover the top rope.
Wake Up Call
08-12-2012, 09:27 PM
Bully just said he things his arm is broken... That's not good
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:28 PM
I don't think Roode will be part of Aces and Eights, but I think he's partially responsible for forming the group or something. The financier. I'm sure they have other motives, though. Jeff Jarrett will likely be the dude that Roode got in touch with and formed the group using disgruntled talent that want opportunities. I can't help but think that Eric Bischoff will have something to do with the group, too.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:31 PM
Kenny King!!!!
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:31 PM
I really love Kenny King. He's like Shelton Benjamin but with better mic delivery.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:32 PM
Kenny King should definitely win the X-Division Title tonight. Zema Ion has got tons of potential, but King is just overall more ready and the hotter commodity right now. Ion vs. Sorensen also doesn't need the title, and we won't be seeing that for quite a few months, anyway.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:32 PM
Shelton Benjamin build/Jay Lethal's face type hybrid.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:33 PM
Wasn't expecting this entrance music for Kenny King. lol
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:33 PM

Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:34 PM
Why TNA let Jay Lethal get away is still confusing to me.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:34 PM
I love how Zema Ion absolutely loathes the ozone layer.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:35 PM
Yeah, his Macho Man gimmick was priceless.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:36 PM
On a recent Xplosion there was a really cool "TNA Today" segment that explained Zema Ion's "character" a lot more. His mother was a mail-order bride from the Philippines, and his father was like twenty years her senior. Zema's mother's dream was to be a fashion designer, hence the fashion symbols in Zema's gimmick.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:36 PM
LOL, Kenny King looking all cheeky with the headlock.

I had Kurt Angle as my prediction to win this thing, but I'm changing it to AJ Styles now. Styles still has got quite a few matches to have in the series (far more than anyone else), and I could see him coming out of nowhere to try and earn a top four spot. I can see Angle and Ray fighting over who gets to make the top four and who misses out.
Heisenberg

Do you think it has anything to do with a wrestling promotion actually wanting the talent to be wrestlers?
Mr. Nerfect

Senton followed by the stare into the camera. Awesome.
Krimzon7
08-12-2012, 09:54 PM

I did enjoy that Senton Stare.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:55 PM
Do you think it has anything to do with a wrestling promotion actually wanting the talent to be wrestlers?
I think so. They let their guys do their own promos and such, and it all sounds far more natural.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:55 PM
I'd love to see Kazarian help Daniels win here. That would be such logical heel work.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 09:57 PM
Kurt Angle has found a niche as a dude who can be a face or a heel depending on the context. He's respected as a performer, but he'll do whatever he needs to do to get ahead.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 09:58 PM

I'm a mark for exploder suplexes.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 10:06 PM
Angle has the better suplex, sorry Joe.

Styles winning make perfect sense. I would not be surprised if Styles snatches this entire series, actually.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:10 PM
I was hoping for Daniels vs. Styles vs. Joe, Angle vs. Aries and Roode vs. Storm at BFG, though.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:11 PM
The stories going forward will likely be Angle and Ray fighting over that definitive fourth place, and Styles trying to claw his way up those two spots.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:12 PM
It's kind of refreshing to be watching a PPV where the World Title is in the main event. I'm just a traditionalist that way.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:13 PM
The stipulation has made me think that it's possible Aries gets screwed here. :(
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:14 PM
I totally want to see Roode submit to the Last Chancery, though.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:17 PM
I'm actually emotionally invested in this match. Kudos, TNA.

If Roode loses this match, shouldn't he hypothetically put a hit on Austin Aries' head? That would be a pretty entertaining storyline.

Im thinking Ace's and 8's gets involved here at some point.
I also love the main event is for the title, and the champ actually comes out last.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 10:21 PM
Plenty of time to have a legit match and squeeze in the Ace's and 8's.

Fucking great! The water in the face.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:24 PM
On Impact this past week, Roode splashed Aries in the face with water. That was a brilliant way to start this match.
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:25 PM
Roode should lose here and then offer to pay Aces and Eights to take out Aries.

I could see the World Title match at No Surrender being Austin Aries vs. a heel managed by Bobby Roode. Bully Ray makes sense given his past relationship with Roode and rivalry with Aries, but I could also see it being Daniels.
Heisenberg
08-12-2012, 10:36 PM
Holy Dropkickin' Christ, that was sick.

Perfect spot to show the heart of Austin Aries.

Was waiting for Taz to say something unintelligent like, "Folks, that is legal in this match. He goes for a move, and steals his opponent's finisher, totally legal here at TNA!"
Mr. Nerfect
08-12-2012, 10:40 PM
I love Aries' missile dropkick.

Yeah, I have been getting into chatting on the forums for Raw, but tonight my oldest starts his football practice and I wanted to be there for that, so I'll probably be late to the thread posting.
Smackdown and Impact I like to save for the weekend and breeze through all of it unless it's interesting.
