Ive rented this game today and Im happy with the idea but the game seems like its missing something. The controls arnt bad and watching you stab someone in the neck may get me off in a sick kinda way i guess the hand to hand punch combat just sucks. Maybe the game gets better ive only been through the first level then i got kinda bored with it, Makes me think i shoulda went with max payne 2.

It's overall a good game Manhunt but when you have played it alot it will get boring because the gameplay and etc, is the same. And then it's true Max Payne 2 Rocks i have played it on my work the game rules :y:

The hand to hand combat is ment to be shit, as the game is ultimately about stealth.

I haven't played this game for a few days now, i keep dieing at a certain point just near the end of the level and its pissing me off.

Would it be the level where you chase the end boss by any chance? Some of those missions are so gay and hard it causes more stress than satisfaction.

I rented the game... I think the hand to hand system should be better. Basically this guys this hard ass bad guy but he has to back jump everyone? Kinda takes away from his credibility.

My favorite mission is when you bring that drunk guy with you, and you have to hide and here he is stumbling around and humming nursery rhymes. It made it hard but it was pretty laughable.

But like wg said.... definately missing something. I really can't tell you what, but that's how it felt to me as well.

Nah its really early on in the game, about the third level :$

Its where you can get that nail gun out of the caravan, where the bloke is having a dump. I saved it before that point and once I turn the switch off at the other end I get completly fuc</>ked over.

I think the camera angles are alittle anoying at times, that kinda ruins it for me as sometimes its hard to see whats going on.

If you're frustrated with that part you're going to be VERY frustrated later on in the game.

I had a bitch of a time with that part too though and had to stop playing a few times to regain my composure. There are several routes you can take. I went to a far end and hid behind a car... then slowly worked my way to the left making stealth kills. At one point I nearly died.

Just take your time on that level and use bricks and bottles to bring people to you... that usually worked for me. That's what I had to do at the end of that level.

Later on in the game you can chop people's heads off and use them for distracting objects as well.

But the game gets a lot more fun when you start using guns.
