Tom Green's magnum opus came out in 2001 to slightly less than stellar reviews. However, 11 years later, it is clearly this generation's Citizen Kane. The premise is that Gord moves from Oregon to Hollywood to try and pitch his animation to Hollywood producer to make his daddy proud. Hilarity ensues for this entire film and people who don't like this movie can stick a fist up their rectum.
