I don't think there's much of a contest here. I also think the rest of the competition for Match of the
Month may as well concede.
dunno, on first impression I think I liked Ziggler/Orton more. Truly had no idea how Cena/Punk was going to finish after Cena came out of the 2nd GTS tho

Tonight, CM Punk and Cena had perhaps their best match yet

Voted for Ziggler / Orton. Cena / Punk was a very good match but personally, and maybe i'm just nit picking here, I can't stand when the last half of the match is essentially two guys just kicking out of each others finisher. Also wasn't in love with the Dusty finish either.

Punk vs cena is the obvious choice here don't know why anybody would seriously vote for anything else

Punk/Cena.
Didn't top their MITB match, but then this match had a completely different pschology going into it.

Punk v Cena no doubt. Most entertaining and emotionally invested.

Yeah, not really close. Cena and Punk by a mile.

I'll say this, though. Eve and Layla's match was pretty damn good, for a Divas match. Eve worked really well tonight. It was great to see.

It would be because they preferred a different match. Shocking I know.

Ziggler/Orton can't help but agree with what Rock Bottom said in another thread about Punk/Cena being a repeated formula from the Rock/Austin feud in having false finishes it's been done to death now.

Gonna give it to Orton/Ziggler since it was the one non-title match, and it ended cleanly instead of with a f*cking draw.

nodded off during the Main event, so I had to choose the IC title match.
Orton v Ziggler
Punk bores me to tears

Don't all "epic" matches have false finishes though? Did it ruin Taker-Michaels for you

Yeah, because we all know, and history shows, that Rock and Austin were the first ones to ever use false finishes in their matches.

Punk Cena for me, it was much smoother than the MITB 11 match but didn't have the momentum going in. Still a MOTY candidate though.
I loved the finish. I'm a sucker for creative ways to keep feud's going. It'll actually make a bit sense for them to have a HIAC match.

I just watched the preshow battle royal and it was great!

No because at that point (WM25) it wasn't stale as hell and they were able to mix it up a lot more in terms of reversals which is probably why I liked it significantly more than what happened the following year.

Punk vs Cena.
Just as good as their match in Punk's hometown of Chicago which was amazing as well. The ending was the weakest part of the match and the crowd hated it but it did help set up the potential for another match between the two.

Ryback easily.
Went with the opener despite knowing how the polls would look like. I liked it a lot.

I'm glad a lot of people voted on this poll.
I'm sure it's not easy to set all this up, so kudos to Juan for doing so, and to y'all for supporting.
