The Hollywood Blondes were well ahead of their time. That was one of the most charismatic tag teams of all time (and they were great wrestlers as well).

But like most things, WCW fucked it all up. In retrospect that was probably a good thing for Austin, but still.

Well, I guess the Hardyz reached their potential as a tag team, where the Hollywood Blondes didn't, so that plays into the Hardy Boyz' favor. They got the chance to do all there was to do as a tag team, where Austin and Pillman had to deal with WCW's politics and the whole nine.
