Plot Outline: Film about filmmaking. It takes place during one day on set of non-budget movie. Ultimate tribute to all independent filmmakers.

This movie is ****ing great. Just saw it right now on DVD. It's basically a day on the set of an independent film and everything goes wrong.

Stars Steve Buscemi as the director ( ) and Catherine Keener (Being John Malkovich) as the lead actress.

Even if you are not into filmmaking, it's still entertaining.

For some reason, I don't like a lot of movies about moviemaking. The obvious exception is "Adaptation," which is one of the finest movies ever made, IMO.

But "American Movie" and "Full Frontal" both came off kind of flat.

I do like Buscemi and Keener, though, so maybe I'll give "Living in Oblivion" a shot.

Sounds sweet. Especially with Buscemi as the director.

Full Frontal was awful.

This movie is great though. It doesn't really have a bunch of "insider" shit or whatever. It's a simple, entertaining movie. I let a couple of my friends who are casual movie fans watch the DVD and they loved it.
