Turn all the faces heel, and all the heels faces.
Have it be as a result of some meteor that has crashed down into a WWE Locker Room Meeting, and its radiation is causing people to act the opposite of how they are normally.
Eventually, you can reverse this when the heels turned face discover a way to reverse the effect of the radiation.... but at the cost of them turning heel again.... So they have to decide their own fate.... Epic stuff.

Cena is not turning heel. Get that through your heads. Unfortunately, I do see Dolph having a face turn soon and that would be stupid. Ryder might turn heel.

It might seem stupid for Dolph to turn, but if done right, it won't be. He's over in spite of being a heel and can go. Might be the change he needs. Besides, it is inevetable anyhow. Once he splits from Vicki, that's an automatic face turn. Likely why they're still together when he clearly doesn't need a mouthpiece.
I agree with Miz. His inital outing was being a face, and it was abysmal. His heel turn showed how great of an asshole he could be. I thought a face turn was coming a couple weeks ago when he was on commentary. Fun fact, that's where my "TEXAS CLOVERLEAF, SON!" came from: him calling that Sheamus match. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if the only reason he's even still a heel right now is to (initially, before the Punk insertion) put Ryback over, and now with that program not happening between the two, getting Kofi over as a singles competitor again.
R-Truth's initial heel turn was golden, with the no music and the smoking and the angst-filled, heel 101 promos. Although with the combination of Truth's screw up and the subsequent bastardization of "Lil' Jimmy" from a generic term for "Cena fan" to an "actual" invisible child derailed that and made him a comedy act akin to Santino, it was still better than the rap intro every night for 2 years. Not counting when he did the same thing when he first came in and teamed with Road Dogg after the NAO split.
Isn't DiBiase face already? I must admit, I don't know, because I haven't seen him since being Cody's reluctant bag lackey and going on to form the "DiBiase Posse".
I've said before Swagger could go face, and he could do it by unjokingly snapping and becoming a badass submission machine instead of Angle Jr... saying things like his arrogance led him to becoming a champion, but not a GREAT champion, and that he had to remember what made him great to begin with by stepping away and stepping up to PROVE he can be great, bla bla bla. He adds a couple new submissions and shelves the ankle lock. He changes his attire. He cuts less cheezy, smiley promos. He stops refering to himself as an "American" 4 times in a row. He stops doing the showboat pushups. And so on. Change him up completely. Hell, if they did it right, he could stand in the way of the Barrett Barrage.
As far as 3MB... they just got together. They don't need a face turn already, just to solidify their identity as this generation's Freebirds. Jinder could start rocking different color turbans to match his shirts, and Drew-Pac can just keep being himself. They already have the "so zany, this somehow works" vibe of being a band without playing music, clashing accents, and having Slater as their frontman, and if it gets over huge and unexpectedly, THEN they can cash in on a face turn and shirt sales... but to do it too soon just makes them another comedy act. Less D-X, and more "JUST THREE SANTINOOOOOOSS!"

Ryder might turn heel.
I would actually be all for a Ryder heel turn.
Maybe once Z!TLIS hits episode #100, he'll turn heel. Maybe by turning on Santino.

John Cena needs to turn face, he's a heel already.

Rey Mysterio definitely. He's had the same gimmick/character since his WWE debut over ten years ago! Sadly, much like Cena, I don't think it would ever happen, but if they're still gonna try and Sin Cara vs. Rey Mysterio match for Wrestlemania, they could easily play the jealously angle on this one. Have Rey be pissed off because Sin Cara is constantly being advertised as the greatest Mexican high-flyer etc.

Rob Van Dam needs to be doing something new. Perhaps a heel turn would be the answer to see a change.

Turn everyone heel
I like Orton as babyface, his last heel run was generic and boring "I tallllkkkkkkk reallllllllyyyyyy slowwwwww" promos kinda like what Cody Rhodes has been doing for the last year.
Maybe Kofi? Never liked him but they seem intent on doing something with him so why not.

Santino- heel, kinda thought it might happen after he had a match on raw with Ziggler where Ziggler was basically embarrassing him, yelling at him that they're (fans) all laughing at you.

I think Zack Ryder would make a pretty interesting heel -- upset with being overlooked all the time, he realises that making people happy is not going to get him to the World Title he dreams of holding. If Curt Hawkins weren't out and Tyler Reks were still in the WWE, they would have made great associates for Ryder. Maybe bring back Ezekiel Jackson and/or Mason Ryan as muscle for a heel Ryder.
Ted DiBiase is surprisingly over as a face, but he's not really doing anything to get himself noticed. He's another guy that could realise that having the fans on his side does nothing for him. It wouldn't be beneficial to have Ryder and DiBiase doing the same thing at the same time, so I guess one could feud with the other to at least give the poor stranded face something to do. Or I suppose they could turn heel together? Would you buy Ryder & DiBiase as anti-Universe heels in the tag team division?
R-Truth turning heel would be a good decision, I think. He was great as a heel last year, and I think "crazy" Truth going against Kofi Kingston would be a lot of fun. Alternatively, if they had The Miz screw with Kofi a fair bit, and drove a wedge between Kofi and Truth on-air (perhaps even costing Kofi the IC Title to Truth), then perhaps you can show Kofi growing a darker personality towards his "untruthworthy" former tag team partner?
I think Primo & Epico need to pick either face or heel status and stick with it. Given that the only real heel teams at the moment are hard-hitting ones, they might work better as heels paired in matches against the likes of The Usos and Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd.

Truth was money as a heel last year and each RAW that he went after Cena was different and entertaining. They really dropped the ball on a very potent heel character.

I have been waiting for a face Miz. Drop the funkadactyls and turn clay heel. Would love to see Prime Time Players as a face tag team after this team hell no awesomeness plays out.

I think if 3MB actually get somewhat over, Drew Mc could be a pretty good face when they eventually split.

The only way I could see Mysterio turning heel is if he joined Paul Heyman since he's a Paul Heyman guy.

I wonder though......
If Cena were to go heel, would he still get the same reaction, only in reverse? Most of the adult males cheering for him being a badass, and the kids/girly men booing him for being a meanie head?

I think if 3MB actually get somewhat over, Drew Mc could be a pretty good face when they eventually split.
I agree with this. During his stuff with Kelly Kelly just before his de-push phase, I thought he could have gotten so over by standing up for Kelly against Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler.
Ezekiel Jackson as a heel managed by William Regal would at least be something better than smile-so-bright-shine-a-light Zeke.
