in the monday night war dvd bischoof takes credit for signing hogan ,the disney studios and more ppvs. in the rise and fall mike graham takes credit for those three things. in one of them flair says he got the hogan deal started. anyone know who is the real catalyst for those things?

Think it was Bischoffs idea to tape the shows to save money, Hogan was probably a combination of a few guys and Hogan himself sounding each other out, PPVs were probably whoever was in charge at the time, not sure if the IYH stuff had taken off by then.
