From le front:
On the 10/24 edition of WWE NXT, William Regal made an interesting comment regarding the absence of Hunico during a bout between Brodus Clay and Camacho. The following is what was said by Regal, and you can hear it in the video clip below (the quote comes in during Camacho’s entrance): “Camacho is usually out here with his partner Hunico, but Hunico’s not here and I’m not allowed to say why. He’s in a little trouble, and he got into a little extra curricular activities and causing a bit of grief to people, and he’s not gonna be with us for awhile let’s put it that way.”

Yeah they're not shy about publicizing a suspension, it shows they're "serious business" about the wellness policy. What Regal said sounds more like he's just been an asshole and pissed some people off so he's being kept off TV.

There's really not much of a reason to give a fuck about Hunico.

I've heard through the grapevine that Hunico had knee surgery to repair an ACL and it wasn't a Wellness Policy violation.

I'm pretty sure that was Regal just putting over Hunico as a bad ass.

Hasn't he been injured for a while now?
Probably Regal's way of explaining why he's not on NXT since they tape a bunch of episodes in advance so its always behind what happens normally in the WWE.
lolwot why are you beliveing professional wrestling commentators

I heard Wade Barrett likes to participate in illegal bare knuckle boxing. Look for a suspension coming his way soon too.

This.
Remember, both he and Camacho are supposed to be Mexican street thugs, (in spite of Camacho being an island boy- he's brown enough to pass).
Nonspecific legal troubles = street cred.
