Still playing my game on FM2011. I think it'll be FM2015 before I buy another one. The old CM's until the split I brought each year.
What's so stand out about this one. I don't do 3D matches btw, still old skool to whizz more.

Director of Football, Head of Youth Development and all that jazz....makes the game much more fun, bringing through young players and giving over any things you don't want to do (training, scouting, press stuff) to staff...
Great game now, very detailed...

I've decided to keep my social life for this year and avoid buying it. I still occasionally throw on my 2011 save though where Liverpool are something like 16 time Champions League winners and Romelu Lukaku is pretty much the best player of all time after scoring something ridiculous like 800 goals in 900 games for me.

Not buying it. I'm allowed Steam installed on my work PC. I don't think I'd have the willpower required to keep my job.

You choose who they are. Like for example, I have Cantona at United and get him to set up deals and do things I don't want to do. It's good stuff, means that after you get everything set up, you can just play matches if you want, or you can be involved with every aspect as much as you want....would def buy it if I were you.
There is also a Classic mode for people who played the older CM's...a lot simpler and more basic to play
