Yeah.
I hope they use the same theme song.

Wait, what???!?!?
Remake of which version... the original, or the 90's reboot?
Either way, I was a fan, and approve of this. :y:
I hope they use the same theme song.
Again, which one? The original, or one of the two versions of the remake? (P.S., I'm not posting them like I want to... mostly because I can never find the 1st remake version on the interwebs. Just the second version and the original tune- which is the best.)

Don't know which version, but it wll have young pretty people as per CW's quota.
Kane Knight doesn't reply to threads with his name in them

As long as they can teleport, I don't give a shit.

Given it's CW, it'll probably be closer to the 90s version. But gayer and grittier. Somehow at the same time.

Ruthless mutants with hearts of gold who are impossibly introspective.

And here was me thinking the rights holders were deluding themselves when they pulled the license for this series from another company a few years ago as they were trying to get something bigger done with it. Teach me to be such a cynic.

If it is the 90's version, they'll have to make another episode with Christopher Lee in it.

Just saw the trailer via my twitters! (Can't embed- on my phone). :(
Looks as promising as Arrow, with the posts about Kalyx telling me about the requisite "CW-ing" and me not caring as long as they teleport coming full circle.

I'll find the trailer, must be widespread by now.

No trailer, but a clip:

Pretty much exactly as I imagined. Pretty young people, smug adult villains, that 'CW lens' they have in all their shows, etc. Doesn't seem like a train wreck, I guess. And at least one indeed teleports.

If they do the show right, they all couldn't initially. And if they're going off the 90s reboot, some were better at it than others (the one kid couldn't leave the island for awhile by solo because they weren't "stronger" than the pull and kept landing in the surrounding sea). Now, if they try to comic hero it up and limit one power per kid, that's where I'll start to cry foul.
