I figured it out about 10 minutes ago as I was watching Raw on tape. The ratings have been in decline not b/c of poo poo writing or the fact the show is so long. But b/c they changed the theme song from the legendary Nickelback to the crap they have now. Bring back Nickelback. They are the saviors of the WWE.

What?!? Vince McMahon should bribe Union Underground to get together, or at least to obtain a new license to broadcast a censored version of the 2002 RAW opening theme. "So get the g__s, the d___s of my generation" would be an obvious line to censor, but otherwise the theme would still fly in the TV-PG Era.

Union Underground was probably the best song Raw has had. Except for maybe the original Raw theme but that's awesome for nostalgia reason. I remember when I was young and shone like the sun watching Undertaker vs Damien Demento on the first Raw and I was like; "Woah this is better than Wrestling Challenge"

I thought this was gonna be a thread about having a musical guest every week to fill in time on RAW. I don't think that's a bad idea, what's Master P and KISS up to these days? I'm pretty sure a tag team of the Demon and Swoll would bring in ratings this time. :p

Vanilla Ice is probably more Raw's speed these days. Or maybe Wild Cherry.

The bad part is, they're actually a really good band that chooses to put out shitty music for the dollar. :(
