View Full Version : How to Explain the SD! Dead Hand AND Save Booker T...

Please take this post with a grain of a salt. ;)
We've heard about that "Booker Shango" gimmick. Well, if they are intent on doing it, they should make "Booker Shango" a... zombie. He's not Booker T. He's just like his dopplehanger (I have no idea how to spell that word), his double. You never see them at the same time, so they could get Booker to play both, but I think a better ploy would be to get Orlando Jordan to do it. Think about, OJ has been dead since his arrival on SD!, and this could give him some direction (any direction is better than none, right? ;)) He can put on some dredlock wigs, and painted up, he'd look reasonably like Booker T! I mean, just cover up his tattoos... or use them as part of the character.
We could also have a Fake Booker vs Real Booker match too, because Taker was mad and wanted to recreate the stupid angle that almost ruined his career.
Anyway, keeping Booker T as he actually is instead of turning him voodoo would save him for a real program with Eddie Guerrero, where they'd feud till Summerslam and Booker would finally get the gold after a now-heel Taker costs him the match or something like that.
Thoughts? :shifty:
Sounds like Booker T might be doing a better job of playing the dead man gimmick than the man who's supposed to be playing it.
*ahem*

Make Booker T go to hell and let him return as Spawn.

Yeah, make him go to hell, in the process having him die in a coffin that has green smoke pouring out of it before he somehow floats out from behind the Titantron and up towards the heavens (and at some point floating back down to hell when nobody is watching).

He can't do that! He'd hit the glass ceiling on his way up!

I should use the "grain of salt" disclaimer too sometimes, so retards don't chew me out for stupid ideas that were SUPPOSED TO BE STUPID IDEAS...
Naw. They prolly don't read them anyways.

The dead hand situation seems easy to explain to me it was Thing from the Adams family in his S & M get up gloating the fact he's got tickets to Judgement Day

This proposed gimmick could very well be 'career suicide' for Booker T.
PLEASE WWE! Don't DO this! Booker T is fine the way he is.

I think Voodoo T is just a bad idea. I think what he needs is military training. That's right they need to bring back GI Bro. He can use his expert military training to bring down the Dead Man :shifty:
Booker T could be the top heel on Smackdown if he's kept out of this gimmick, and focused as the best superstar on Smackdown like he originally proposed when he first joined the roster. That was gold becuase it made him seem more of a credible competetor again, he even fought Eddie in a decent title match.
Personally The Undertaker has no place on the Smackdown roster besides to make it look better becuase most of the established stars are MIA. This feud with Booker T is a waste of time, it's not even going to make Judgment day look any better which is a pretty bad insult if you ask me.

Personally - I do not think Booker T should become a main-eventer on Smackdown (at least not for a long period of time). If this were to happen, it clearly would make Raw look 'superior' to Smackdown (since Booker T was a mid-carder on Raw).
If it was up to me, either Undertaker or John Cena should turn heel. This way - Smackdown gets a REAL and CREDIBLE main-eventer.....something of which Booker T, Booker T, and RVD will not fulfill right now.
You could always use Booker's brother instead of Orlando Jones. What's his name? Stevie Ray or something?

I do like the idea of Cena turning heel in the near future because then he'll get some heat like he originally did as a rapper, my only concern is that fans won't boo him.
RVD is capable of carrying the main event scene, he proves it in the ring, but he needs a character improvement as well seeing as how he's pretty bland. If RVD remains a face then he should bring back his "stoner" persona, and if he turns heel he should bring back "the Whole Damn Show" gimmick from ECW. And seeing how there's the possibility of an ECW stable, what better time.

Well, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. WWE needed to complete its collection of insulting racial stereotypes. There's the Italian Mafia, the Mexican doing a bad Cheech Marin impression (seriously, Eddie never had that accent before coming to WWE), the evil snotty Frenchmen, the stuffy pompous Brit, the flamboyant gay man, the retard, the ultra-rich oppressive racist Texan, etc. It was only a matter of time before they got back around to coming up with another insulting stereotype for black people again.

So...
In the fake Booker vs. real Booker match, fake Booker will be played by:
a) Ron "The Truth" Killings?
b) Stevie Ray?
c) Busta Rhymes?
d) Whoopi Goldberg?
e) A badly disguised mop?

The return of moppy was not met with great success...
How about Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust? or maybe his twin?

In case your wondering, this is a band from my area called Jemani. Everyone around here seems to like them for some reason or other. There was actually a freakout moment where he met Lajon.
