View Full Version : SMACKDOWN SPOILERS - 1st show of 2013
* SmackDown opens with Randy Orton talking about the Royal Rumble. Sheamus comes out and they argue about who will be the last one. Big Show and Antonio Cesaro come out to interrupt. Booker T makes Orton and Sheamus vs. Show and Cesaro for tonight's main event.
* The Miz beat Heath Slater.
* Natalya, Hornswoggle and The Great Khali beat Primo, Epico and Rosa Mendes.
* Wade Barrett beat Kofi Kingston to retain the Intercontinental Title.
* Tamina Snuka beat Layla.
* Randy Orton and Sheamus beat Big Show and Antonio Cesaro. Orton and Sheamus had a staredown to end the show.
Natalya's a face again! Yay!
Seems appropriate the first smackdown of the new year starts with 4 wrestlers arguing and an authority figure making the main-event a tag match involving them.

According to the front page spoilers, Del Rio wasn't there and no reason was given, so something is DEFINETLY up.

Orton and Sheamus could be a pretty great "big fight/big hype" type of match for WrestleMania without having to use part-timers. Something WWE has lacked for years now.

Would not enjoy that personally. But that's purely due to my lack of interest in Orton.

Not sure if that's a question or a statement.
