In 1998 Farooq and Bradshaw were put together by the Jackyl and were Hell's Henchmen. I was wondering if anybody is aware if Farooq and Bradshaw were supposed to have a different trajectory as a team that was recalibrated after the Jackyl bolted for ECW or if they were supposed to join the Ministry of Darkness from the beginning of their teaming up? I just wanted to know if anyone was aware of this tiny piece of wrestling history minutia.

Based on the name you'd think that was the plan all along but I think a lot of it was just kinda put together as they went back then.

Yeah, Vince and the non-Russo writers were the ones giving long-term direction to Russo's ideas. A few WWF ideas had to mutate such as Jim Cornette being dumped by the NWA wrestlers and Bradshaw going from being Blackjack Mulligan's partner to NWA Title contender to Barry Windham's partner to Brawl for All contestant to Farooq's five-year tag partner to WWE Title holder.

Exactly. I fail to see how Jaggers fits in all of this.

No, he would have overshadowed the other two members and not to mention of Ministry of Darkness.

His stable would have been called the "Jaggermeisters"

I am going to write the official Bobby Jaggers biography. I shall call it "Jaggin' It:Serious Business of Rasslin, woooooooo!"
No, he would have overshadowed the other two members and not to mention of Ministry of Darkness.
"Hangman" Bobby Jaggers would have been the one to hang Big Bossman at Wrestlemania 15.
Speaking of which, Bossman no-sold the hanging about as well as Hawk no-sold falling off the Titantron. I guess Ray Traylor, Mike Hegstrand, and Bobby Jaggers are immortals who faked their deaths!

Why didn't they ever give Bossman the gimmick Ray Traylor Trash? That woulda totally fit in with the motherfuckin attitude era. Don't you fuckin think so you fuckin fuck? Goddamn! Woooooo!

Maybe it would be seen as copying his WCW gimmick?
I think changing the orderly blue shirted Bossman into a black-clad SWAT team member bribed into working for McMahon was an alright compromise. But Team Jaggers accepts no compromises, eh?!? :y:
Also, Mike Lockwood is alive and winning women wrestler battle royales somewhere, just not under his WWE name Crash Holly.
