how good/bad is SCARFACE??

I bought it tonight, and I've heard so many different opinions

a) it's a great movie
b) it's an awful movie
c) it's a bad movie, but Pacino is GOD in the part.

what's your opinion? (It doesn't have to be limited...)

its a good movie. but it was made in the 70s or early 80s (cinema has come a long way since then). without Pacino, the movie would be crap.

I have to agree with this statement. It was just another movie, but Pacino did a very good job as Montana.
