Really enjoyed Rock & Sock, I especially got a warm feeling in my cold cold heart when Rocky showed he actually cared about Mankind as a friend, even if he was a freak. They had some brilliant segments together.

But they're no New Age Outlaws.

NAO were an actual tag team as opposed to two guys thrown together for a storyline.

Rock n' Sock had some great sketches outside the ring but they weren't that memorable otherwise so my vote goes to NAO.

Two stinkles thrown together or an actual tag team? Anyone who chooses Rock and Sock is a RETARD.

What storyline were they just "thrown together" for ?

They teamed for a few months before feuding, the autographed book in the trash.

For a thrown together team they did a lot in the short time together, think they won the belts 2 or 3 times in as many months, and are still remembered fondly but they were just two main event guys put together. IMO.

To be fair, Outlaws were just two midcard guys thrown together as a team, and aside from wearing DX gear they never really got matching attire. That didn't stop them becoming the best tag team ever though.

Didn't expect this to be a blowout. Outlaws on tv recently probably doesn't help RnS any.

The outlaws had longevity, and for the most part were just a tag team as opposed to two singles guys. For two guys thrown together the Rock & Sock connection were amazing though, I had to look it up on Wikipedia because I coulda sworn they were a team a lot longer than a few months, I'd put them over a lot of other teams and I'm a little surprised this isn't closer already.

Outlaws mostly because of the longevity and were an actual tag team.

Rock & Sock were great but only staid together for just a couple of months before splitting similar to other randomly mixed star teams like JeriShow or Awesome Truth. Their breakup was a lot better than the Outlaws though.

No, it's because the they New Age F'N Outlaws. They were a good mix in the ring and are easily one of the greatest teams of all time. They had 'it'.

RnS would totally win this if it was the best two singles stars put together to fight a faction, but when it comes to best tag teams The New Age Outlaws take the vote

I understand that, but I sometimes base these matchups on previous outcomes. RNS didn't lose to The Outsiders by that much previously, and Outsiders also beat the Outlaws. I figured that this woulda been a somewhat viable matchup. I certainly didn't expect RNS to win, but then again there's probably not a team that's available to be used that could beat the NAO.

Outlaws are a top 5 team
