Question about TEAM BRING IT and KNEES TO FACES t-shirt question

Okay so The Rock has this TEAM BRING IT t-shirt with a C emcompassed in a square....

Now CM Punk has a similar shirt:

^^ The CM logo in the first example is white leterring on a black background. In the WWE version, the lettering is black on a white background.

Also The Rock has his TEAM BRING IT Underarmour version of the t-shirt:

If you look closely, the Underarmour logo is there.

When I saw Punk wearing his KNEES TO FACES shirt, it seemed like he manufactured it independently outside of the 'official WWE merchandise' banner. And The Rock is manufacturing his JUST BRING IT! t-shirt outside of the 'official WWE merchandise' banner. Only later it seems like they started making these t-shirts under the 'WWE marchandise' name.

So what is this C in a square logo that we got in The Rock's shirt? And it seems like it's kinda the same logo with the CM in a square.

I'm guessing it's a different t-shirt manufacturing company, and they decided to just make their own shirts in their spare time, and then they wear them on TV.

Only Rock and Punk are doing this, why? Sorry I sound like an idiot, I haven't slept for awhile and I'm feeling too groggy to properly get my point across. I ask for some understanding and forgiveness, please:$

hmm okay, so was this around Survivor Series? Was there a TEAM BRING IT? A TEAM CENA? Not sure about the history, I wasn't watching WWE TV at this time

But then Rock also has a similar BOOTS TO ASSES shit with the same C captain logo. Not sure if this goes along with the same concept as above. Not sure if this was around the same time as Survivor Series

But what was the other team then, and did they have their own Captain and Team name? Who was on TEAM BRING IT? Who was on the other team?

The "C" on the Rock's shirt is a play on the "C" patch on NFL uniforms for team captains:
