I think Rock/Cena closes out the show, as well it should.

However, I think either Team Hell No vs Ziggs and Big E starts off, or ADR/Swagger.

If it was based on what match/feud was built up the best I'd have to say Del Rio and Swagger.

I vote for Punk/Taker since they closed Raw and it seems like its a hotter feud that Rock/Cena 2.

Yeah, there's really no way anything but Rock-Cena closes the show.

Punk vs Taker should be last if the streak is ended. But that won't happen

Cena vs Rock is gonna be last, the heel turn ala WM X7 would be nice as icing on the cake :shifty:

Cena should turn heel by decapitating The Rock with a crystal machete given to him by a returning Mr. Fuji.

It'd be badass and you know it.

The sheer horror of seeing someone decapitated would be trumped by overjoy of seeing Fuji

Was there a time when The Streak (match) was on last? If not, then I don't see the logic behind this thread

last time i remember the streak being last was XXIV vs edge. but that was also for the world title

Obviously ADR vs Swagger :shifty:

Didn't HBK/Taker 2 close the show or am I imagining things here?

Cena/Rock will close the show although as other stated if Punk is ending the Streak it should be last but don't see that happening.

Seems to me will have Tag Match before World Title if going with a Dolph cash in. If not ADR/Swagger may open show as World Title has last few years

Yeah, HBK/Taker closed WM26.

I could see them doing the WHC match and having Dolph cash-in as a way to really start the show with a "BANG!"

Cena-Rock II. That's been basically set in stone after last year's Mania and once Cena won the Rumble.

Logically it should be Punk vs Taker considering that has been the feud the WWE has put the most focus and effort towards this past month.

Though it would be odd seeing Dolph have a tag team match after cashing in earlier in the night to win the World Title. I guess ADR could cost him the tag titles but it would still be quite the drop off of excitement from a Ziggler standpoint.

It's funny how when Punk had the title, everyone was pissed that the WWE title wasn't headlining shows (including WrestleMania) despite the fact that another feud got more attention. Now the WWE title is gonna headline WrestleMania and people don't think it should headline.

Redemption plus a heel turn will close the show.

where the fuck is the Fandango option

We know that Rock/Cena goes last.... why is with obvious polls like this someone clicks the least possible scenario... just for the fun of it?

I want Ziggler to cash in after the WHC match. He hands the case over, AJ gives him a good luck kiss and he gets enziguried immediately by ADR and loses. Continue the AJ WrestleMania World Title match kiss of death streak.

Frustrating as that would be as a Dolph fan, it would also be really entertaining booking.

Not to mention that Dolph really needs to lose that case one way or another.

Droford

Dolph should leave the case on a subway train, the Brooklyn brawler finds it by chance and cashes in at wm on Del Rio and wins

Or not

They should make the person who has the case have to defend it under 24/7 rules like the hardcore title was.

I think that the opening match will either be Jericho vs. Fandango or the WWE Tag Team Title match. To be honest, the tag match is probably the best choice. Jericho and Fandango will have a great match, but I've got a feeling that Fandango might actually win that, and I sort of think a strong babyface victory in the opening match of WrestleMania is a good idea to get the crowd pumped. Bryan makes Ziggler submit there and then Kane sets his pyros off as it switches over to his music. Bryan then does his own Kane risey-arm thing and the music switches back to his. Kane then does his again and it goes back to his theme. Just a little silly comedy for the kiddies.

Later on in the show, Del Rio and Jack Swagger have a full-length World Heavyweight Title match, giving the feud the proper blow-off it deserves. Del Rio is made to look like a golden god in the ring against Swagger, and makes him tap out not just once, but twice (once while the referee is distracted with Zeb Colter). You put Del Rio over strong here as the new Hispanic hero in WWE. Del Rio has a big celebration and Ricardo goes to announce Del Rio as champion in the biggest way imaginable, but he is attacked by Dolph Ziggler, who has jumped through the crowd. Del Rio is furious with Ricardo, but is ambushed from behind by Big E. Langston who hits the Big Ending on Del Rio. Ziggler announces he is cashing in and goes for the pin, but Del Rio kicks out.

Ziggler then tries to do everything he can to put Del Rio down, but Ziggler either kicks out or counters it. They actually have the longest cash-in match in WWE history, with Del Rio actually making a babyface comeback and going for a moonsault from the top rope, only for Big E. to pull Ziggler out of the way. Dolph then hits a new finishing move (I'm not sure why a new one -- maybe just to show that he's growing as a performer, or so that Del Rio has no kayfabe way of knowing that it is coming) and gets the three to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Ziggler wrestles two good Mania matches in one night, loses one, but manages to walk out of WrestleMania the World Heavyweight Champion and with an expected rivalry with Alberto Del Rio.

I'm actually so pumped for Mania that I've essentially planned out the entire Bryan/Kane vs. Ziggler/Langston and Jericho vs. Fandango matches in my head. :-\

Cena vs The Rock goes last.
