How was your experience, and your seat, and did you have an obstructed view?
In Section 118, row 29 (19 rows behind Droford and Xero), my view was obstructed by one of the ring posts. I should have asked to be moved, but didn't think it would get me anywhere, since it was sold-out. I ended up watching the Titan Tron for most of the night. Still, it was an AWESOME experience. How did the crowd come across on TV?

PrettyGay of you not to ax to move.

On the floor, section 13, two sections behind the announcers. It was a pretty good view. The experience was awesome, but the actual seats were squished together and we could not spread them apart. Also, there were people who kept standing at times where no one should be standing to block our views. Overall it was an awesome time.

See, the security should have made sure people sat down. They shouldn't have been allowed to block anyone's view. If I were you, I would have gone to security. How much did you pay for those seats?

I thought the place was sold out and that there were no other seats available. I wrote that in my first post.

i think the best response you would have gotten was a "we'll see what we can do", and then promptly be ignored

Section 135. A corner of the ring was obstructed by the pillar. Wasn't worth complaining though since some sections had the middle of the ring blocked. They had a better gripe than me.

Great environment though. Definitely will go to a Mania again but hopefully in an indoor stadium where there will not be a pillar.

WWE is taking an absolute beating about the pillars, btw. Some people got moved but others were told they were SOL. The problem is none of the corner seats had obstructed view disclaimers.

My neighbor was given 3rd row seats behind Rock's family. I didn't even know he was going until earlier today.

I have a friend who I have been to Wrestlemania a few times with in the past spend over $2000 for his 3rd row seat to discover that his seat was not there. He got moved to another seat, which was already someone else's seat, so had to be moved yet again and was eventually given the seat of some VIP who didn't show up. Took 90 minutes to sort it all out, and didn't end up with the seat that he had purchased. Embarrassing and disgraceful really. They took his seat details for Raw last night and said they would come up to him to discuss some compensation but they never showed.

I've pretty much stated my opinion already but in summation I was happy with my seats despite the slight obstruction. For the later half of the show I had two empty seats beside me on both sides which was nice. Thought the crowd was great but probably would have been better had it not been so cold. Didn't take me any time really to get out on the nj transit and back to my hotel. Overall it was a good show..predictable sure..but I had fun.

Yeah it was definitely fun. I just wish my WM experience could've lasted a little longer, ya know? And did you buy anything from the concession stands or souvenir stands?! Craziness!

I got an I was there shirt and program. Shirt doesn't fit though..I didn't see any swagger shirts outside.
Couldn't get into the Superstore which was dumb since it as supposed to be open.

Combined with going to wrestllecon and seeing chikara my weekend was great. If they do wrestlecon next year in Nola and you're going to wm you should check it out. -

Yeah, I got the I shirt (in white) at the souvenir stand inside near our section of seating. They didn't have my size outside, so I waited until I went in. Those souvenir stands were all so unorganized, though! And they ran out of hot dog buns at the food booth. Apparently the catering company wasn't prepared for the huge crowd.

Wow, if that's true, that's pretty pathetic, especially for a major event at a major stadium like that.

Oh, it's true. It's damn true. The woman brought the basket of chicken tenders back to the counter and said "These are frozen... There's ice in them." I went to buy a hot dog and was told there were no more buns.

Souvenir stands are unorganized at every WWE event. They just put all the merch on a wall and have a few people fielding requests with there being no actual line. People were getting pissed off that they kept getting passed over despite being there first. You had to basically raise your hand and hope to get called on.

One guy bought like 2 belts which ran him about $1,000 total. Must be nice.

I got a program and a Ziggler shirt though.

Also got a couple of hot dogs but they had no napkins. Had to avoid getting onion sauce all over the place.

I haven't received that survey.
I sent a letter about my seat to Adam in the WWE Public Relations department, but probably won't get a response.

See, that's what I mean. How could they not have napkins and hot dog buns?!?! And in all the years, I've been attending WWE events, I've never experienced such a lack of organization at the souvenir stands. I didn't see anyone raising their hands. I just saw ignorant people cutting in line.

Those issues fall on MetLife Stadium's vendors moreso than WWE. At best, WWE won't go back to MetLife Stadium and I don't think they will for quite some time anyway.

it was the same problem with the palm trees stage from last year. I remember lots of complaints about it last year so I ensured I got seats for this year's Mania where I would not have obstructed views (orthogonal to the ring sides).

Was back in section 126, final row, covered from the rain but couldn't see any of the titantron when we were standing. Crowd was insane. Incredibly invested in all the big matches, and respectful to each other, too.

The chants and cheering in the massive line before the gates opened was pretty fun as well. "It's 4:30; let us in"

Didn't really have any issues with any of the concession stands. Got what I wanted, and got it pretty quick and easy. Had a hardcore Daniel Bryan fan in replica gear ordering food next to me which was worth a couple photos, and the only thing worth noting.

Only issue for me was the transport back to Port Authority. You had tens of thousands of people waiting in line for a 351 express back and people at the back of the line would have waited for 4 hrs I would guess. I was near the front of the line and it was over an hours wait.

I was in Section 118, and was view of the ring was obstructed by one of the pillars. When I was buying my ticket, Ticketmaster said nothing about my section having a limited view.

Yeah, the crowd in my section was into it. I haven't watched it back on DVR yet, but people are saying the crowd sounded dead on TV.

I'm surprised there weren't any incidents in the audience, especially since so many people were having tailgate parties before the show.

The chants and cheering in the massive line before the gates opened was pretty fun as well. "It's 4:30; let us in"

 I heard that, too. Good shit.

I had a room at a nearby Extended Stay America. There was a shuttle service that went to and from the show, for $10 a ride, so I used that.

People did complain, but it didn't work. It really didn't take away from my experience, I just know how to get tickets in the first section instead of the floor for future events and we paid about $400 for the ticket.

You think they would figure this out.. Last year was the same story. Even back to wrestlemania 26 in phx, same issue.. I had my experience tarnishe due to the middle of the ring being blocked by pilars. Nowhere on my ticket did it say obstructed view, nor did it say it on the website I bought my tix from. Still was one of my fav wrestling experiences to date! Best atmosphere possible!
