He already knows how it feels Cole.

That ending segment was just as bad/odd as it sounded from the spoilers earlier.
Raw was pretty good though.

Ryback still has saved Cena like 3 more times than Cena with the Shield.

The Shield just wrestled a match against The Undertaker, Kane and Daniel Bryan -- they're bound to not be at full strength.
That ending segment was just as bad/odd as it sounded from the spoilers earlier.
Yep.
Otherwise good show.

They should have just closed the show with the 6-Man. Have Ryback and Cena brawl earlier in the night and Ryback get the best of Cena, so that there is at least some idea in the fans' mind that the WWE Title could change hands at Extreme Rules.
Undertaker is more powerful than a steel chair.
Ryback was right to call that bastard Super Cena.

Blatantly obvious question that hasn't been brought up yet... Why the fuck is The Shield attacking these guys still!?!?

Can we officially throw the "fixing injustices" thing in as the newest example of WWE trying to do something interesting but ultimately having no idea where to go with it?

I was thinking the same thing. They should have been solely focused on their actual opponents. They were going after the big dogs who only work part-time while everyone else scraps away each week. Or maybe they were just going after big stars. There's no "justice" in that, though. And I do get that The Shield are heels and thus can be liars, but it just seems like they would have more of a "reason" for attacking The Undertaker and Triple H.

Cause these people being pushed even though the fans boo them is an injustice!

I genuinely thought for a second that if there's ever a point where they feel the need to have The Shield explain this, that would be their explanation. lol
Mr. Nerfect
04-22-2013, 11:17 PM
After they become WWE Tag Team Champions at Extreme Rules, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing them attack the loser of the Steel Cage Match (most likely Triple H) and really bust them up inside the cage.
Mr. Nerfect
04-22-2013, 11:18 PM
If they ever did need to explain the John Cena injustice, they could go after him talking about his redemption story despite being an eleven-time WWE Champion.

I remember when they first started, it seemed like everyone (including myself) was worried that they were gonna be just another generic "here to make an impact" stable. Then they had the "fixing injustices" thing and the "are they working for Punk/Heyman?" thing and it seemed like maybe WWE was thinking long-term. Doesn't seem to be the case now.
Actually, back when they started, they randomly attacked Santino and Zack Ryder on an episode of Superstars which kinda went against the whole "fixing injustices" thing from the get-go.

Yeah because they're really going to pull out all the stops for a taped show where the spoilers were available earlier in the day.

If the show wasn't dull the spoilers would have helped them get viewers who would still want to see the show irregardless.

They've already said why they attack Cena it's because he get unlimited title shots when he wasnt champion. Ryback was probably a red herring so when they allign with him it's a bigger shock.
Or they feel they are above heel or face status ala the Nexus.

I was half-expecting the 6-man tag match to just be a way to introduce the Undertaker as the man leading the Shield. I'm not sure why, it just felt that way.

It sucked last week as well. And making a half-asssed show just because it's not live is an understandable reason but it's still a foolish short cut. Overseas RAW deserves a good show as much as any other "big city".

Wwe.com has an article up on a possible 4th member leading the shield.

It is when his mic skills were bashed based on absolutely nothing. People were bitching that he probably couldn't work the mic before he ever even really cut a promo. lol

Maybe it'll be Dibiase. He bought the Shield to terrorize the WWE?

Though I would miss the Dibiase Posse.
The Shield shouldn't have a "higher power".

Big E's NXT theme was pretty rad:

Only words I understood in his new theme were "3 ain't enough, I need 5".... but then he doesn't even use the 5-count gimmick.

I was at Raw last night, no complaints about the show.
Incredible crowd, electric atmopshere, been to quite a few UK Raw's and this was by far the best.
Guy behind me brought a giant inflatable dolphin (as in dolph-fan) and a massive "to the ring! to the ring" chant broke out, until a guard confiscated it, also saw a lot of signs being taken away.
Lot's of Fandango'ing throughout the arena and concourses. Highlight being a Fandango sing-along in the toilets.
"I never thought i'd be Fandango'ing while having a piss"
"I never thought i'd use a Cesaro match as a pissbreak"
Enjoyed the Mexican wave during Dolph v Y2J.
Haven't seen all of it on DVR yet, but Cena is hated by the UK crowd, deafening boos!

WWE.com speculating about a 4th member of the shield means there is no 4th member of the shield.
They should keep doing what they're doing until tension rises between Ambrose and Reigns, with Rollins playing peacekeeper. Play that out for a while and then they can finally lose a match, Ambrose and Reigns argue after the match and Rollins seperates them and tries to calm them both down, they attack him, and Rollins turns face.
