It does?
Didn't Cena and Eddie once have a street fight that didn't end in the ring because there was none and the "ring" was just a set of cars in a circle.
That was a Latino street fight.

Does it? I'm sure I've seen street fights with pinfalls or at least attempts outside.
Yea, I'm pretty sure it does, at least nowadays. FCA is the way to go.
Technically, you should get DQ'd if you use a weapon in a FCA match
I don't think so.
There was a lot of weapon use in the DX/Legacy submissions count anywhere match. I'd imagine a regular falls count anywhere match would work similarly.

* Cena vs. Henry
* Del Rio vs. Ziggler
* Money in the Bank Ladder Match
* Ryback vs. Jericho
* The Shield vs. The Usos
Shaping up to be a pretty good PPV. I expect Axel vs. The Miz and AJ vs. Kaitlyn to be added -- or maybe something with AJ teaming up with The Bellas to face Kaitlyn, Natalya & Layla.

Chris Jericho is going to make Ryback look good on PPV.
Other way around. Ryback's gonna have trouble carrying Jericho to a go match. It's hard with these overthehill wrestlers who should just leave. I still think Ryback has it in him.

Did they actually say that though? I mean we all know the WHW title is the secondary belt, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to basically acknowledge it.
The WWE title one is all faces. So for a WHW title MITB I guess you could go with:
Antonio Cesaro
Dean Ambrose
Fandango
The Miz
R-Truth
Sin Cara
Wade Barrett
Scraping the bottom of the barrel for leftover faces. Figure a heel would win it, though. If Fandango's not ready, maybe Swagger can come back in.

Stephanie McMahon called it "the" Money in the Bank Ladder Match for a shot at a championship. I do find seven people in the Ladder Match an odd number. I think Antonio Cesaro should get in.

So the audience basically just really wants to see the fall happen in the ring. It is very important to them. lol

However a falls count anywhere match and a hardcore match would be the same I guess.

The rules would be similar, but Hardcore Matches usually include a bit more plunder.
You can get counted out in a No DQ. Now. It never used to be that way.

I enjoy the Street Fight style more than "walk around punching each other for ten minutes."
But "falls count anywhere" doesn't mean "walk around punching each other for ten minutes." You can literally do the same exact things in both matches... except you can pin someone anywhere in the falls count anywhere match.

You're nuts. The hottest thing in WWE right now was in the main event and it was an amazing match. That is main eventy anywhere in the world.

06-24-2013, 11:29 PM
It just felt weird having two guys that haven't been involved in the real main event picture close out Raw.
I wouldn't mind it if they made a habit of it. Would be kinda old school. Tonight though it just felt weird. Out of the norm.
It's Benoit's death anniversary and Randy Orton tapped out to Daniel Bryan in similar fashion to which he did to Benoit back in a No Holds Barred match on Smackdown.

If Christian won the Money in the Bank, I'd like people to talk about how he has wormed his way to titles in the past and people to doubt whether or not he's actually got the goods to be a real champion. You can either have Christian cash-in honestly and remain face this way, or you can have him commit to a sneaky cash-in and play the ultimate slimy heel champion.

Wonder if they'll pull a swerve and have Sheamus win MITB since he hasn't had a main event feud in a while and I personally feel his WHC run was very underrated.
Mr. Nerfect
06-25-2013, 03:27 AM
I hope not. I don't think he should have lost the World Title when he did, but I have no desire for Sheamus to be WWE Champion again right now. John Cena should drop the title to Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam and then put Bryan over at the next couple of PPVs. Sheamus can team with Randy Orton and lose to Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns at SummerSlam and then turn on each other and have one of those Night of Champions matches that isn't for a championship.
